Update:

ML: I love men who are dedicated to their women. When he thought they were wrong together, he stayed alone. I love love that. Men who jump about or claim to love one woman while sleeping with another irritate me and I can't root or believe in their 'love'. That's where K-drama has me hooked. I also love his growth and his clearheadedness: he could separate mother from daughter. I also love his loyalty (sometimes misguided) to his adopted family, brother and friends. I loved he was in touch with his emotional side also appears cold on the outside. His scenes with his elder bro was The way his body language changes from uncle/ manly to little brother was superb. The scene at the police station

FL: Awesome and sweet. I loved she is a Pinocchio so there was no noble idiocy on her end because she has the ability to be one. I loved her determination to be a reporter (trying to achieve something 36 times shows dedication and strength). Her love for the ML was obviously stronger and sweeter than relationship with mom so it was easier (I did not say easy) to go against her than the 2nd ML for his mom.

Elder Brother: He is a classic case of why we need love. If he had a lover/adoptive family/something cum someone to live for, I believe the bitterness and thirst for revenge would have disappeared. That was why his younger brother found it easier to let go. He had a full life and love to build. I believe that if the ML looked for his elder Brother earlier, he would not have killed those men. Funny how the brother who looks soft is the killer while the cold one can't hurt a fly.

2nd ML: his growth from Mama's boy to a reporter who could turn his mom in was awesome. His hesitation to turn in his mom was well played, she was his mom dearest. I also like his mother's reaction when he turned himself in and when she found him recording their convo. That woman really loved her son; love forgives easily (I am sure she would have harmed someone else) and doesn't want him hurt (she laid everything to save her son). I also like when he gave the FL up as per no show.

2nd FL: She felt like a baby jare. I wish she was better written because she had the potential to be a good reporter. I liked when she thought the ML liked her and started harassing him. I also liked her relationship with the News Desk Captain though I find the age difference cringe worthy.

ML's mother: That woman was evil before the Ms. Park got her fangs into her. She had the impact before facts thingy then. I felt she was not punished enough for her sins.

Grampa: oh my! Sweet man He loved the ML. He loved the ML, he loved the ML. When he said he knew he wasn't his son ten years ago but kept pretending so that his son & granddaughter wouldn't send him away? Awesome. And the ML, even after the unadoption kept calling him father. When Grampa kept stealing ML's money from his piggy bank, so hilarious.

Girl's father: sweet man underneath the rough exterior interestingly like the ML. When he was angry that the ML quickly moved on from his daughter? Epic! When the ML confirmed it was the FL's hair and daddy was blushing? Also Epic! Dad was codedly rooting for them despite his objection. He even turned down Chaebol Family for an orphan. Dad is gold.


Nice storyline, fantastic actors, real scenarios. It brings again the poignant question in media: what is real? What is a mirage? I am sure so many media outlets are like MSC pandering to a side (good or bad).

I like Chansu was almost tempted with Chaebol money; I like ML's pragmatic approach of sending the reporters as an additional layer of control so he doesn't fall. I like how Chansu kept harassing them for gifts; he is really a policeman

2021 is proving to be my favorite year in dramas when it comes to casting, this week alone Lee do Hyun and Kwak dong yeon are have been cast in a drama together, shin Hyun bin and song joong ki are doing a drama together, yeon woo Jin has joined son ye Jin and jeon MI do in their upcoming drama, I'm just here wondering how I'm going to fit all of those dramas in my already full drama schedule cos there's no way in hell I'm missing them.

My (hopefully) unbiased opinion : wheein features sik-k in her song, it's a typical pop rnb. She's awesome, he's awesome the song is nice, nothing groundbreaking just a very good song

Wjsn the black is basically the subunit that does the seckshi songs and this was their debut release, it's a good song, also typical but tasteful, I sort of wish they had one of their stronger vocalists like either yeonjung or dawon in this lineup but the girls do a great job. I absolutely love that the switch from cutesy to seckshi felt natural. Seeing them made me remember how we had aoa black but as usual fnc ruined a good thing

If I had to score wheein would get 3/5 and cosmic girls the black 4.5/5

*sigh* I was thanking God that youth of May wasn't going full on war sad story on me, I mean only one person I like has died so I'm like maybe they'll make it after all but now they've captured hee Tae and aigoo I don't think I will be able to watch him being tortured. These children had so many chances to escape but MBA, stubborn head no go gree. Why are all the female characters in this drama so stubborn, from myeong hee to sooryeong even Jina all of them annoyingly stubborn. It's even the guys that are a bit more realistic. Lol I can't even blame them for being stubborn cos I know she had to help as a nurse and there was really no guarantee that they could have escaped without being harmed but still jare I wish they had left the town earlier. I felt so bad for that police guy lol and to think I disliked him in the beginning of this drama only for him to become one of my favorite people, he died without even knowing her name or phone number eotteoke so sad. At a point I wished Jung Tae would get killed so that oh man seok oppa would feel some pain but I think it wouldn't even matter sef. He doesn't care about the boy so his death won't affect him. Weirdly enough the person he loves most is hee Tae, probably because he's the son he made with his true love or whatever and I think only hee tae's death would touch him but I don't want hee Tae to die so basically I guess I'm f*cked cos he might die. I'll be so angry if he dies and myeonghee lives tho, it's either they die together or they live together. She's the reason they're stuck in that place (sort of) so if my baby dies she has to go with him. The endeu lol I'm vexing.

I hate it when a drama that could be simple and straightforward decides to take itself too seriously and form what it's not and that's what doom at your service is doing right now, I thought I understood the drama, the deity rules and whatnot from the first week alone, they did a good job of setting it up and now they are just confusing everything with Yeye. First of all, why did oppa disappear, OK let's say yeah that baby deity was trying to teach him some tough love to accept that he can have feelings for a human, OK why take bo young again for another mumu dialogue in a field of flowers, I mean all of these tests are not necessary. The most annoying part for me was when he came back and was basically saying he hid from her because he was responsible for all the bad things that had happened in her life and I'm just like yeah dude we know! We been knew since episode 1, you say you're doom and you're a destroyer of things, we have all accepted it so why would you run because of that *sigh* the drama is making issues out of things that shouldn't be issues, I pretty much rolled my eyes all through episode 7. At least they are "dating?" now so I hope we're done with the love me-don't love me drag of the drama. Anyway I'm strictly watching for all of the pretty in the drama cos I don't know what the story is again. And for goodness sake it's episode 8 and we don't really have a solid footing on the potential triangle between shin do Hyun, Kang Tae oh and Lee soo Hyuk, they just keep teasing it and no one is saying anything. They'll probably drag it out till the 16th episode, at least I'm still invested in their story, if no one makes any move by next week I'll lose interest in them too, and honestly aigoo Tae oh's reason for breaking up with her is even dumber than I thought it would be *sigh* lol it's even making me angrier. Lemme just excuse it with he was a teenager even though that's not really an excuse but I'll just bear it sha. At least I get my Nam da reum being an a** cameo

LOL those 2 in mad for each other, they are insane and they are cute lol. I can't believe she kneed him in the balls, I can't with that drama. Jung woo oppa is so fit tho and why the hell was I attracted to his armpit aigoo is this the beginning of a fetish. Dear lord *sigh* but seriously I thought his armpits were beautiful and I have never had that thought before.

I did not know what to expect with racket boys cos I'm not the biggest fan of sports or sport dramas but I decided to watch it for my babies in it and I am liking it. Lol I love the humor, I love that none of the kids are whiny brats or bullies. They are refreshingly normal kids and I appreciate it abeg although I'm pretty sure that might not last. Somebody will fall my hand, it might be tang joon sang and his smart mouth or Yoon dam's dad sef that will cause wahala anyway till then I'll be enjoying their brotherhood lol finally got a friend that also doesn't like dogs, how much curry did that boy cook tho, he wanted to kill the whole villagers. Oh yeah mad for each other also taught me what to say to all those people who claim animal lovers are the nicest people on earth, well Hitler was also an animal lover *shots fired* lol. No seriously I'm going to own a pet one day, I mean it (in Jesus name). Anyway loved seeing Kim min suk oppa's cameo. He's so fine! Somebody give that man a lead role. I liked that part with the city couple that went to commit suicide and the friend with the torn socks, it just shows how a little kindness and observation can go a long way, you never really know what is going on with people. Be nice yeorobun!

That movie is gooood watch. The oversized fringe bob of LGS was a bit hilarious to me. What a wig!

I'm currently watching prison play book. It's a good movie for mature comedy, not those high school shenanigans.

Have you watched the hospital playlist? Wanna know your thoughts on it. I once started it but didn't find it attractive like the prison play book, i would like to know if i should persever for a while or i should skip it.
