D man understanding about ehailing is solid compare to d direction u re pushing it to.

Note even uberbolt was claiming Dy are not a transport company bt tech.

If it rains and d ground is muddy u beta clean ursef B4 u enter my car because it's ride sharing am offering or be ready to clean ur mess, y do u think ehailing is cheaper Dan normal taxi. I know u prefer working on d island y is dat?

Good thing you chose to stick to the narrative, I'd address the issues one after the other.

1. On whether his understanding about e-hailing is solid or not, I'd leave people to determine that, but I know he gets blocked every now and then, I know he has changed partners more often than not.

2. Uber is correct, they are not a Transport company as they do not own cars, they are a Tech company, that provide transporters (driver-partners) with passengers (riders). Check the meaning of Transport, it should help you get a better understanding.

3. For this, I'd ask that you put yourself in the position of a rider who left his/her house for the market, before a torrential downpour, got caught up in between, you have waited endlessly and the rain would not stop, under the pressure to go attend to other things, you request a ride, your hands are filled with items shopped, how easy and time-saving would it be to clean up properly before jumping in to a car, still under the rain?

I am not driving presently, but when I used to, I chose the Island because most times, the riders here are more enlightened and exposed, they know how Uber works and have probably used it outside the country too, this helps to reduce the issue of coming across unexposed and entitled riders, who do not know how to behave when in your vehicle, which could lead to being rated poorly amidst other issues.

A long-distance trip from the island to the mainland, and back to the island, is better and can help hit the target faster. It's like starting from one end and moving to another end, instead of starting from the middle. A good example is a trip from Chevron to the Airport, as compared to a trip from Surulere or Yaba to the Airport.

Frequent riders, which means more short trips, less agberos, less rough drivers like the yellow and black buses, less bad roads and so on.

Cheers!

This man u re attacking here hv being more useful than u on this thread shw respect no be everything b fight or u start bad talking an individual because u knw 1 or 2 from past.

Exactly my brother, the guy as Been super helpful in this thread no need for backwashing. If u have a personal issues with a person deal with it personally not trying to find faults in everything he says.

I respect peoples opinion more wen it comes free than wen i pay for it cos it done out of selflessness.

When ppl give opinions, we should look at it objectively and add ur own den move on not the other way round.

Peace

please how much does driver pay weekly on hire purchase.

That's an agreement between u and the car seller...it's a function of cost of HP, your down payment and the tenure.

Something is not right...nowadays, inspection report is sent to u within minutes of completing ur inspection, and Bolt onboards cars within hours of u uploading ur Inspection report. Send Uche a mail.

You need to upload it via your driver's app. The inspector is supposed to guide you...

Bros sorry to pokenoise oh but are you aware that the area you reside has the highest numbers of drivers and car owners on uber in Lagos State?

Some guys DM me late last year insearch for a car on rental and i gave them advice on how to go abt it since I was not having any at my disposal at the time, few days after two(2) among them came back with thanks rejoicing, one got a Camry (muscle) the other a corolla.

Permit me to share one of the main hint I gave them, you know I really don't like giving people advice anymore because I found out I'm only wasting my time spending time talking/advising adults who end ls up doing what they like and i ask, why then did you cime to me for advice in the first place? But for the sake of you and many who have been contacting me both on WhatsApp and email I'll do this one last time.

Identify potential men, guys into the job in your area/neighbourhood, walk up to them and tell them what you want then see how things go.

Do search on Twitter, facebook, WhatsApp group and talk to people in your church/mosque, you can even talk to your clergymen. Most times they get good contact that always end well. A close friend got N1.5m trx to his account from his father's sister in Catholic church, the woman lives in ph she didn't see this guy one day till he finished paying his hp.

There's nothing greater than referral, if somebody of great value refers you for a job be rest assured, power of referral through divine favour and connection. The woman still bought another car and asked this my friend to get her a driver (trust has be established).

You may have tried one or two of these methods and it asn't produced good result but keep pressing and keep working on your integrity a time and opportunity will come soon.

By the way, where is coker007? Does any has his contact or have heard from him its been ages he posted here after getting a car on rental I hope he's great where ever he is.

The man with the big heart i greet you ooo.....i appreciate your concern man

I'm good by the way and I'm no longer with that partner anymore I'm just on chill now

LOL, na your dey use your hand lose your cars when we could have been blaming innocent village people.

You're meant to upload the report on your bolt acct, not emailing them. Please do that ASAP.
Also, register on Uber and indrive, you don't wanna be left stranded the day you get issue with bolt without having other alternatives.

Good luck
