For Opole Uni you can legalize AFTER admission

My advise tho, if he's applying for bsc it will be better to use a sponsor but if its MSC then self sponsor is fine. All the best.

They gave you visa requirements according to what is obtainable in their own country. The credit card thing is not too popular in Nigeria for some reasons. My own brother got an offer of admission today (2nd June) from the University of Opole with instructions on how to pay his tuition fee. I paid his first-semester tuition fees today from Sweden because I live in Sweden. So right now we are waiting for the school to receive the payment first and send him a proper admission letter which he will use to proceed with the legalization of documents/visa application process. I listened to a YouTuber who is currently studying in Poland and she did the same thing (printing of bank statement instead of credit card thing). In the case of my brother, he is self-employed as a transporter (private taxi driver) who is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). So he will be applying as a self-sponsored even though I will help him by depositing the required money into his bank account.

That Youtuber processed her visa a while back at the time when the polish embassy accepted bank statements. They NO LONGER DO.
As of today either you go with credit card certificate, pay slips, travelers cheque or bank account in Poland. Those are your options. Please refer to the polish embassy website for National VISA D requirements. They are up to date.

It is called a cash backed credit card. It is not even done at the headquarters. It is done at the branches ok. When you get to the bank request to speak with a manager. Tell them you need open a cash backed credit card account where you will deposit your own money. Then they will use your own money as guarantee and they will place the money on lien. Tell them Once opened, you will need a certificate/letter of credit limit(this certificate usually takes about 2 weeks to be issued). If you are in Lagos and need referral to a bank rep that can help you with it let me know. ANY major bank Access, GTB, First Bank branches should be able to do this. If you explain it as I have said above any branch manager should understand exactly what you need done.

Means High School exams. Meaning if you took WAEC or NECO. Then you will enter your WAEC or NECO grades. At most Polish Unis, some may ask you to convert the grades to Polish system and will give you a conversion chart to assist you. For example Opole Uni

They need the Letter of Eligibility confirming you qualify for higher education from the Ministry of Education in Abuja

For Bachelor studies, WUT only requires.

1. High school certificate (without legalization)
2. Int’l Passport data page
3. Pdf of 85 PLN payment
4. Passport photograph
5. Transcript of records (you can re-upload Highschool certificate in this case)
