Some please help me with this issue
I upgraded my phone from Android 10 to 11 (not my intention I was using wifi while charging my phone). Now the issue is I can't play old songs and videos on my phone it says invalid format. e.g I downloaded big shot episode 5 it plays fine but It won't play the previous episode 4 on my Phone. This also applies to my music.

PS I already did factory reset after upgrade.
I've also googled the problem but no solutions.

You shouldn't have updated now, even if it downloaded with WiFi, Android update to lower model of Nokia hardly comes out good.

sorry i for that, try factory reset, if it stil persist flash it with system

. I suggest you take it back to where you bought it ,i believe there is still warranty hope U bought it from a Major Phone outlet.

And how good are their "4000mAh" batteries because they tend to go average.

I don't have the Nokia 3.4 but I haven't experienced great battery life like the Nokia X5, in recent times. Only the Nokia 5.3 comes close. Average is the new normal, can't really complain.
