They send in-app messages...even though it's not your fault riders are cancelling...they will assume u don't go and pick them up fast enough that's why they cancel Or u intentionally refuse to cancel trips u don't want to complete thereby making riders be the ones to cancel all the time. You don't have to pick all trips requests u get. From the location and destination u already know u will not embark on that trip so allow it ring out Or u accept and cancel with "client requested to forbidden area" (don't do this more than twice in a day). So that your parameters can balance

There is a threshold assigned to all 4.
The most delicate(to use your word) is either "you cancelled" or "you did not respond"
They are in shades of red, meaning danger so if that bar under is majorly red, u r heading towards blocking
Keep d red as small as possible but also watch client cancelled and client didn't show up.
The last two are not your fault (permissive) while the first two are directly in ur control (no mercy)
