My formula is
You cancelled 25%
You did not respond 25%
Passenger cancelled 75%
Passenger didn't show up 25%

Make sure each one is not more than these at any given time.

No be hard guy matter,
I dey on trip and 3 request came in before drop off and the three canceled cos they can’t wait. I clicked on “stop new request “ yet request still enter. I’m trying to run to island now the surge, rain and trips on mainland is annoying.

They send in-app messages...even though it's not your fault riders are cancelling...they will assume u don't go and pick them up fast enough that's why they cancel Or u intentionally refuse to cancel trips u don't want to complete thereby making riders be the ones to cancel all the time. You don't have to pick all trips requests u get. From the location and destination u already know u will not embark on that trip so allow it ring out Or u accept and cancel with "client requested to forbidden area" (don't do this more than twice in a day). So that your parameters can balance

Someone wants to join the hussle and he's looking for a car to drive either Rental or hire purchase.
If you have any car available to give out, kindly drop contacts and maybe state your terms.

Also does Uber/Bolt accept vehicles like Sienna 2003.

I think the most delicate one is client did not show, it's normal for clients to cancel but when majority of your clients are not showing up then there's something fishy. They don't attribute equal importance to all 4 (my opinion)

I believe it’s client not showing up too cos, I hardly cancel and accept all trips and I’ve never been warned

There is a threshold assigned to all 4.
The most delicate(to use your word) is either "you canceled" or "you did not respond" the latter reduces ur activity fastest, while d former gets u blocked easily.
They are both in shades of red, meaning danger grin so if that bar under is majorly red, u r heading towards blocking grin
Keep d red as small as possible but also watch "client cancelled" and "client didn't show up".
If u arrive rider location and rider refuses to come out after 5mins, will u go and pull them out of the house? That's why U are allowed to cancel after minutes of waiting and it will not affect your activity score. So it's not a problem, however, like other things let it not be too much, it has its own limit.
The last two are not your fault (permissive) while the first two are directly in ur control (no mercy)

So I focus on the first two that is in my control and never default in it but with all dis info, I will start watching it but it’s hard to allow call ring out mehnnn. I will rather do the forbidden area.

Pilots

I need your sincere help in retrieving my money from an ungrateful rider, these lady requested me from ikota complex to Ebony life in front of Eko hotel on Indriver, after encountering much traffic on the road, she decided to add 200 to the agree 2800.

She made a transfer from Zenith bank and i didn't receive the money after waiting for 20mins in front of Ebonylife, i went to meet her in front of the building while she was busy taking pictures to let her know i haven't been credited, she said i should give it time and might be network, i felt she ain't the type that will want to scam me so i gave her a benefit of doubt.

Fast forward to the following day, i didn't get the money and i called her with my line but she didn't pick up until i called her with my woman's number and she picked, i explained the money she sent wasn't credited into my account but she claims she has been debited, i asked her to check her balance for a transaction reverse but she claimed she wasn't reversed and i told her to call her bank to find out what's wrong and get back to me but since then, she refused to get back to me and refused to respond to my call and messages.

Pilots, currently, i can't afford to let that money to go cux its plenty in my eyes and considering the traffic and time, i can't just let it go.

Pls i beg you all to disturb these ungrateful girl to pay me for the enjoyed service provided to her.

Here's her number

Uber prefers u allow it ring out if u r not ready to take a trip rather than accept and cancel. When u don't accept, it goes to another driver, so rider doesn't have to stress to start ordering again if u accept and later cancel on them.
Bolt is kind of stiffer because ur activity score will drop significantly if u don't accept at all and in the same breath, they will block u for high cancellation...their own is u saw the riders PU and destination before u accepted so why accept and cancel again.

It's kinda tricky, but from my experience, I just keep them in check and am fine.

thank you for this submission. i am happy at least yu came up with something to sbowthat someoneat least gave the idea some thought. allow me further educate you about trends in the tech world today especially in 9ja.
or advice.

sorry for the epistle. i landed here in peace.

Thoughtful thinking.

Like Radautoworks hinted, seyicodes has really not done thorough market research. There are over 5 firms with active website doing this already in Nigeria. You have not heard of them because they are not doing enough advertising. Including the online mechanic part.

I had also wanted to provide that solution, but belgium parts, because asides the warped concept that used is better, a lot of Nigerians cant afford New(original) parts. Used part with that concept is a goldmine. You will see sellers doing appearance on a new(knock off) part, just to make sales. Guess what, while i was doing market survey then. I came across 4 active websites doing that already. This was as at far back 2016.

The question is, why have you not heard of this businesses?

Advertisement, and Brand awarness. A lot of advertisement, and you don't use your head while doing it. You need a deep pocket.

The market is big enough for everyone, but if you want to win in this market, especially as a newcomer. The first question is, what do you want to do differently. How do you reach people like seyicodes, that thinks that such solution does not exist. How do you target those that can afford it.

The guys at Jiji did it, they were outrightly spamming people then. Now, they own the market. You dont want to know how much they spent. Effritin also came with deep pockets, but they could not cope, even with so much spent. And to really make sales, the system must be designed for the average car owner, and not mechanics.

BTW, Engine Oils, Transmission Fluids, Quality parts, KYB shocks are now available. Nationwide delivery. POD for Lagos

On the contrary, big engines last longer, they are more durable. Only set back is the fuel consumption which makes it less ideal for transportation.
