Heard the news of Buhari's ban on Twitter an hour or so after sending off TO SHOCK AND AWE to the print media. Kindly add my total lack of surprise at this petulant gesture, unbecoming of a democratically elected president.

If Buhari has a problem with Twitter, he is advised to sort it out between them personally, the way Donald Trump did, not rope in the right to free expression of the Nigerian citizen as collateral damage. In any case, this is a technical problem Nigerians should be able to work their way around. The field of free expression remains wide open, free of any dictatorial spasms! Wole SOYINKA

But in the last regime,it was all roaring and fire balling. Upto calling someone's wife and mother 'shepopotamus'.

This isn't president buhari's doing bt DAT of Lia Mohammed, this administration is the only administration I've ever seen in my life where everybody in d govt say and do things that ordinarily should be the exclusive right of the commander in chief! I just don't understand, this is utter disrespect!

If it pains Soyinka, he has a retinue of killer cultists in his secret cult he can use. Until then, he should spare us these crocodile tears arising from his error of discernment.

He is telling Boyz to use a VPN and kicks the Arze of Uncle Lying Mohammed.

BTW, according to Unkhule Lying Mohammed, it is Twitter that is destabilising Nigeria, not Boko haram, not ISWAP, not the terrorist Fulani Herdsmen killing and kidnapping innocent Nigerians, apart from using their Farm Crops as food for their Stupid Cows?

Season of reactions. Buhari/APC govt have scored an own goal with this Twitter ban. It will definitely affect FDI and the image of the country. Nigerians can't wait for them to go.

Don’t be surprised if Naira trades above N500 in the coming days. Instead of encouraging FDI, this administration is scaring away investors.

Worst case, they tell ISP not to forward Twitter Traffic on their gateway.
But even Elderly Chairman Wole Soyinka knows all you need to BYPASS that is a VPN and there are FREE VPNS all over the place.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=free.vpn.unblock.proxy.turbovpn.lite

Download one and you are good to go.
