You called Buhari a fool for banning twitter, so I said that no reasonable government would tolerate a foreign power (Twitter in this case as a western media power) imposing it's rules in it's country. Twitter is a private platform.
Everyone who signs up for Twitter does so, agreeing with its terms and conditions...
The terms and conditions permit Twitter to delete tweets or even shut down accounts it deems violate its rules.

The easy way to prevent Twitter from being used to start a revolution against a government is for that government to be responsive to its people. The problem isn't Twitter... it is the fact that the people themselves are fed up with a government that doesn't work for its people and simply exists as a parasite, sucking the very life out of the people they are supposed to defend and protect.
