Please I know of someone who completed his biometric registration and it showed successful but when he login to his account, it's still displaying that he should do biometric registration. Has anyone been able to complete his/her biometric and what is still displaying on your dashboard?
I did mine about 4 hours ago and it's still mandating me to do biometric capturing again. Was yours later became successful?

, same here but when I heard that it was two fingers, I called the cafe guy and he told me I should not worry, that it was successful and I checked my dash board now it was written that fingerprint captured.
That means it was successful, nothing to panic about...its same as mine too

Somebody should please help me urgently.
Am unable to login my Npower Credentials into the NASIMS Biometric Enrollment app.
It keep showing me "Invalid Npower Id"
PLS ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO

Please I am in Ibadan and I tried the capturing yesterday evening and the portal was not accepting my fingers and the owner of the cafe is not open today,please do you know anywhere in Ibadan that open today so I can verify my fingers there,please urgent

I think it will be done properly from next thumb printing, before or after salary!
