ojesymsym: What you are saying is true for people that are financially educated (people that listen to all that Oga Emma tries to teach everyday ). Unfortunately, not many people take their finances that seriously. Why do you think slay mamas are cashing out daily even as Nigerians are crying of poverty and hardship? Men are thinking with their ‘balls’ and transferring their wealth to these slay queens. 15 Likes |

ojesymsym: By the way, it is mostly poor people that patronize the olosho houses (or ashi house as they are known in the streets ). To them, money comes and money goes. On their way back from the day’s hustle, they must enter ashi house to step down 4 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: For the first part, there's an active thread on this nairaland where ashawo men talk about their exploits at ndokwa hotels. For the second part, I have experience trying to keep girlfriends. Their phones will always spoil one week after meeting, or their birthday is next two weeks after meeting. Or their car engine has knocked and you have to assist to fix it. Or their house rent is due. Or their sick mama in the village needs urgent medical attention. Or they need a random urgent 2k to make hair. The list is endless. Haha. 22 Likes |

Lol... You are both right and wrong. There a couple of duplexes in lekki phase one, rented by one madam with girls hosted inside then for same olosho business. I guess the location in this case increases their market value. Lazyyouth4u: 3 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: His business model is unique. He builds a 2 story building comprising of single rooms. Minimum of 27 rooms. He has a manager that manages the place. Only drinks are sold, no food is sold on the premise, meaning once you are hungry you go out to eat. Now the ladies are tasked to remit N5000 daily to the manager. Short time... 2k to 3k depending on bargaining power. Till day break (TDB) 5k to 15k depending on negotiation skills. N5000 x 27 = N135,000 daily. Expenses would be just to put on the generator at night, and play DJ mix Capital includes the fixed assets, Land, House and Generator. Miscellaneous would be to settle police with drinks and one of the girls when they come. From the above calculations, earnings can be projected. |

pussiboner: He can't have it all, the manager will keep N2000 for the running of the place and his own money. N3000 per room is his ideal income. Multiplied by 27 rooms then multiplied by 48 outlets. He doesn't have to run the bar, the people running the bars will pay weekly rent to the man |

Lazyyouth4u: There's a simple solution to this, some already know this but I dey fear make cbn no go block the loophole, it's not illegal either. You can scale through all those imagined barriers.. size, withdrawal, investing, saving, diversification. Pm if you want to know. 1 Like |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by XiaoLi: 6:12pm On Jun 07, 2021 |
There are barriers to it, ..there is limit to how much you can deposit in your dom account, if you change millions of naira to USD then depositing the USD to your dom account is where the barrier comes in..this law started this year i think because i was able to convert and deposit a lump sum to my dom account last year February. The only way you can withdraw this money in naira and get it deposited in your dom account is by illegal means. At the bolded why not share it here for others to learn if it is legal. neyohh: 6 Likes |

OgogoroFreak:As a former Grand Commander and Patron this is a very lucrative business. Mist BUSINESS in Nigeria that does not have any law backing it or properly regulated is a goldmine. Akthedreamer started out by selling ladies to men Kingblackhoc was once a agrand Patron of the Ashewo thread and went further to open his own website but drugs and alcohol killed him, though he made money from it Codedruns is still up and running, daily number of verified registered members stands at 5. I worked briefly with them before moving to EN Exotic Nigeria started before CR but exotic Nigeria have fre challenges 1. They are not resident in Nigeria 2. The business is not registered unlike CR 3. No business survive without advertisement which EN finds it difficult to do 4. Poor remuneration The site Administrator of EN has started his own (hotnigeriangirls) Now, let leave the virtual brothel and move to the physical ones. Ensure you have the following fully covered Police This cannot be overemphasize, if you don't settle them on a regular, they will raid you brothel non-stop Solution: Once you open, make sure you visit the DPO and state it clearly to him, you are running a brothel in his domain and you are dropping xyz amount and a bottle of hot drink for ensuring that you business is safe and secured. He may tell you, you will have to settle SO and his boys, ensure when you are leaving, you get his number and drop a few cash for his recharge card. Manager You need to bring someone with the experience in brothel business and knows the in and out of the business, don't employ a hotel manager in place of a brothel manager, you will run at a big loos if you do so. The brothel manager should be entitled to 2 bottle a month and a call card (depending on you) make it clear to him that what makes you smile is the money an nothing else, he may have a girlfriend among the girls, it none of your fucking business as long as your money is complete, you smile, but if it not be very brutal and mean. Girls They will make passes at you especially once they are owing, at every given point don't ever smile or laugh with them, you don't have any business with them, some will feel as long as you are a man, you have a price, be smart, control yourself and you had enjoy the business. They usually have a leader that deals directly with the manager. Location This is very important otherwise, you will be feeding the police. A street away from a very busy major bus/stop is key or few meters away from the b/stop. E.g Kampala, Empire, Tanke, Oluko, New benin Gbesa, otukpo to name a few. If you look closely you will see that some of the mentioned places are a street away from the major b/stop or few meters away from the b/stop Association Just like other business brothel have association, this is because these girls would want a cheaper place hence the need for the association to have a specific price for the rooms. This is to make sure you the new entrants don't spoil the business by charging a lesser fee. It's a very lucrative business, as long as there is unemployment, there will always be a fresh supply of women 9 Likes 1 Share |

emmanuelewumi:He doesn't need a DJ it's a brothel, your phone or MP4 connected to a large speaker is all that is needed. Since his starting out the manager doesn't need an imprest. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Pascopele: 8:19pm On Jun 07, 2021 |
pussiboner:Oga it a brothel not a hotel, the generator goes off by 12 am otherwise he will buy fuel and maintenance and he will factor it into the room cost and at the end of the day, customer will run to your competition. |

emmanuelewumi:Poweredcom missed a golden opportunity when he started his own outfit on Facebook, he lost focus, he was competiting very well with CR when CR didn't even have a website. The traffic on his page on Facebook then was very good, perhaps today he would have been a leading player in the adult industry. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by emmanuelewumi(m): 8:36pm On Jun 07, 2021 |
Pascopele: With 5k per room and about 30 rooms. 150k per day. 10k or less per day for diesel won't kill the business. His unique selling point, all rooms have AC and are ensuite, generator and security. That is why he is sending others out of business in Lagos 4 Likes |

Lazyyouth4u:The business has been booming before Buhari came to power even before Jonathan, Obasanjo and others. Truth be told it not girls from poor home alone, even the rich girls are in this game, let leave that for another days discussion.
