Read the Gospels to learn the Truth of God. The man who was born blind had no faith in Jesus Christ- he didn't even know of Jesus Christ - yet He was healed by Jesus Christ. Lazarus was already dead- it was not like he stored up faith from before his death or something- and there was no one to have faith for him to be raised from the dead.

Sure, faith and belief will work for those who have them. But Jesus Christ never taught us that only those who believe or have faith can have miracles happen to them.
