So. When I woke up this morning, I said "Give me this day my daily bread", and a small silent voice said "go bake it", and I hearkened to the voice and voila!

Let someone now come and argue that God does not talk to those who have ears to hear!

The only sad thing is that before the bread baked, the Lord already filled me up with two cups of coffee and dried apricots, but I do rejoice that my cup runneth over and I have no enemies!

I'll report back about the bacon, the egg (I doubt I can do two!) and the baked beans.

Keep acting like a baby

Scrapped the bacon etc as no space in belly! Chopped the loaf of bread into two halves, one for freezing the other for fridge; then cut myself two thin slices. Covered one slice with Philadelphia (garlic and herbs) and the other with Coleman's Mustard and ham, and yummily washed it down with half a lemon's juice in water.

My belly is now so full it hurts, but its sunny outside so I'm going to go get some God given Vitamin D for my bones.

God is Most Magnificent and Infinitely Wise and extremely Generous and Benevolently Kind!

I must confess that two cups of coffee is usually a bad idea as I get too full up to eat afterwards, and the dried apricots is just about too much I think, for me to be able to eat bacon and eggs and bakebeans on toast afterwards.

When I'm lazy, a teaspoon full of granules, half a cup of semi-skimmed milk plus half a teaspoon of honey. Perculated with half honey plus less milk when not lazy.

Been drinking coffee all my adult life, except when home and homemade from corn ogi replaces it. And even then, coffee after, these days.

I can eat proper food till after 2pm because my body would complain to remind me of poverty as a child.

Eggs would have been too much. And no cheese.

Finally, and two days after God baked my bread, I get to feed on my bacon and baked beans and two eggs on toast with a cup of coffee.

Do note that in order to finally have space in my belly I had to not eat anything since my last meal above, and will have to go on a long walk if I intend to eat anything else today.
