I remember last year March when stocks where nose diving globally. GTB, ZENITH & WAPCO fell to #17:80, 10:60 & #9 respectively. While some people were bringing doomsday prophecies others were averaging strategically. Fast forward one year after, GTB, ZENITH & WAPCO reached #38 #26 & #35 respectively before they started correcting. Virtually most listed coys with good fundamentals on NSE returned over 100% while those who held either broke even or had profit of over 40%.

What am I trying to pass across. Same is taking place in the crypto market now. All kinds of doomsday is flying around. As long as you bought into good projects with future potentials, one year from now, the story will be different (bookmark this post). 90% of my holdings are in Ada & Matic. I haven't sold. Still observing but i will strategically average down if Btc drops to $20k to increase my hodlings.
If you have been in this business for a while, you will understand that a year from now, there would be transfer of wealth from the weak to the strong.

Adios Amigos grin grin

MATIC was developed as a layer 2 solution to ETH's scalability problem. Hence, there will be an uncertainty hanging over it if ETH2 solves ETH's scalability problem.
According to VB, ETH2 will be 'released early next year' . Hence, I will be looking to exit any MATIC position before the release of ETH2 (whenever that is).

I bought more Sol at $36 today again.

Like I said buy any SOL dip you see.

Parachain auctions are starting, now is the time to get KSM.

I topped up at $35 2weeks ago. My gunpowder ran dry so I couldn't load more when it dipped to $29.
I am currently holding a tidy amount though.

You can only average down after taking profits on the way up.

When you say you are buying solid projects with use case, do you have equity in those projects?

I will also average down but don't buy the hype, Crypto runs on narrative. No crypto pays dividend or earns income. It is simply a greater fool game, a money pyramid.

Even if ADA has use case for XYZ, ADA does not earn money except by selling to someone willing to pay a higher price.

so you really do not believe in the future of cryptos?
Oh well, El Salvador has just made BTC a legal tender

Just watch other LATAM countries follow suit.

El Salvador is a poor country, high crime rate, inflation, rape etc. Very similar to Nigeria. Governed by the rich with inadequate wealth distribution. Only politicians in countries like these adopt crypto for their person gain.

ThisisIkemefuna:

This is an exciting news for the crypto community. Btc now an official currency in a sovereign country. Unfortunately news like this doesn't excite folks who come into crypto just for the gains. Only a few understands the significance of this news. The remaining majority are on twitter waiting for Elon musk to control their actions...

Thank God for freedom!

We are not talking about how rich the economy of the country is, etc. We are talking adoption, reference and legitimacy purposes in the narrative.

El Salvador, Argentina all have one thing in common, they are not financial market hubs. Their use of crypto is to get out of mysery with hyper inflation choking them.

Leave them till Mexico follow suit and other "poor" countries who values freedom from illegal printing of paper money and devaluation by government.

With the small btc in circulation, there's still halving that further reduces the circulation unlike fiat that is on steady machine printing.

Nigeria undermines itself by not recognizing crypto. Our leaders need to recognize that future belongs to crypto. Legitimizing crypto will greatly reposition our economy, boost its forex reserves, improve access to forex, empower our youth and key the country into critical financial levers. Sad that retrogressive policies are holding Nigeria down.

No doubt, Nigeria is blessed with gifted Citizens who can dominate the crypto space and attract huge forex to the country. Unfortunately, the irresponsible and retrogressive policies of government continue to deny Nigeria and Nigerians from leveraging on the huge benefits derivable from crypto. Sad

At the bolded…..Predictors are always present, they appears in different form!!! grin

The best time to buy is definitely, when there are a lot of prophet of doom, dishing out dooms prophecy, spreading the gospel of how the market is fake, a giant pyramid, an illusion; this are the best time to start buying like a hunger starved man who as not come across any food in months. When there are a lot of prophet of Ecstasy, prophesying X10 X20 X100 unreasonable market cap, crypto is going to take over the world, It is time to Dump them all grin

Only few people, can wait for all these to materialize and execute it smiley

Fascinating, so some people don't even believe in crypt0 but still went ahead and invested in it. Some Nigerians are really special set of human beings.

I will never ever invest in something that I have doubts in, especially so if I think it's a ponzi,

That's the part I find interesting.... If I think crypt0 is ponzi and ultimately going to zero, I wouldn't come near it at all... If not anytime bitc0in sells of (which it'd do from time to time) I'd keep asking myself if today is the day it goes to zero.... That's interesting

It's like thinking the internet was useless and still buying Amazon shares in early 2000...
Or thinking electric vehicles wouldn't catch on yet still buying Tesla shares in 2010
Or thinking PCs were useless yet still buying Microsoft shares in the early days.....
Or holding the dollar if I think it'd go to zero.

Also comparing the valuation of bitc0in to shares is not a clear-cut one... as obviously bitc0in doesn't have any underlying company e.t.c...
The value of bitc0in and blockchain comes from the utility it provides... That's why I prefer to compare it to the internet in the early days....

It's easy to forget that Nigeria is quickly heading down that path....

As far as fiat exits, it's inevitable that from time to time, a number of countries will have currency crises...

Although still quite early, just as the 2020 bullrun is being fuelled by institutional adoption, I believe the 2024 bullrun will be fuelled by nations adoption of crpt0 (not necessarily bitc0in) and blockchain in a broader term....

Right now, most developing countries have their reserves in the dollar... That gives the US a leverage to print dollars out of thin air..to the extent that over 20% of dollars in circulation was printed in the last 2 years... sooner or later, some would start asking questions

I have both apps but I transact on Binance. Like someone asked, are you verified on Binance? If yes, these are quick steps you can fund your account

1. You must have turned your Binance app to Binance Pro.
2. Click on wallet as soon as you open your Binance app.
3. Check for P2p headings, click on the P2p
Click Buy USDT
You'll see Different sellers
Check for the vendor that is selling your range, for example you want to buy 200,000naira worth of usdt, you'll scroll for who's selling that.
Please check for their ratings or review as I do sometimes.
Put the amount you want to buy, click buy
You'll see his account details, copy it, transfer the money and come back to Binance and click TRANSFERRED. And wait for him to release usdt for you. There's a space where you can chat him up too if its taking time to release.

Let's pray they release within the time. If they don't, there's APPEAL. Where you bring him to court like I use to say. Lol.
Please tell me anywhere you need clarity and if this was helpful.
Thanks

This keeps repeating over and over again. Since 2010, 2017. Now 2021.

Every dump, we see the doomsday specialists. Predicting the end of btc. If btc was going to end, if will have ended in 2017.

But no, the informed kept the hope alive. Education removes the veil of ignorance but some people are cursed entirely. Imagine a ponzi scheme that lasts over a decade? One that even the US and china couldn't keep under? A ponzi scheme that is fast becoming an official currency in several countries?

The story continues after several years of misinformation by media, banks and the government.

from which sites or is it YouTube videos

Videos, reading, studying charts, following smart folks e.t.c...

@Ilegend mentioned a good YouTube channel which I look at from time to time... Another is one by Benjamin Cowen and the last by Bitc0in jack... They all have their own ways they approach the market...and with time, you'd see what you resonate with better and focus on what matters

It's worth noting that when watching analysis, the point is not to see who can predict certain moves or not....cos no one can.. But rather to see the thinking behind a certain thought process and interpret it accordingly....that way you can begin to see things for yourself.
