Anyway We have a problem in Nigeria with brain drain and lack of strategic workforce planning.

Experience has shown us that in Nigeria government cannot manage hospitals

The truth is most people who need these hospitals cannot pay for the services they offer so government needs to think about a funding model for tertiary care.

Those who can afford it should pay and a model of funding for those who cannot needs to be conceived

People should not have to suddenly start looking for one year's salary because of illness

World class medical center and facility, i must confess.

But this place is not the average income earner. Mu uncle once went there for a medical checkup, las las we had to take his savings ATM card to him. Apparently he exhausted the cash he had in the other account he went with.
