I was almoat dissapointed with my theory on Nigerian govt hospitals...i was scrolling down the piz then later saw tgat i can never be wrong on the public service sector...

The last piz depict the normal Nigerian public sector treatment of her customers like people without right to good environment...in varsities,students are attended to through the windows while the workers are in a.c's. In other offices like hospital.patients are casted out in a large benches without foams without air conditions,usually outside and taled to like they cimmited a crime...

Anyway We have a problem in Nigeria with brain drain and lack of strategic workforce planning.

Experience has shown us that in Nigeria government cannot manage hospitals

The truth is most people who need these hospitals cannot pay for the services they offer so government needs to think about a funding model for tertiary care.

Those who can afford it should pay and a model of funding for those who cannot needs to be conceived

People should not have to suddenly start looking for one year's salary because of illness
