I hate medicine after death. Over my 10 years plus experience on nairaland , I have learnt the simple ways of identifying scammers. I have equally done my best to educate those that care to learn

First step and most important step is to click on their moniker to ascertain when they joined nairaland and the activities they are involved in. Some of them don't know anything about car ...their profile and post is centred on bitcoin , crytocurrency ..and web development etc. Cool down to study them before having any dealing with them

The will comment on a reputable sellers post ...insulting him and calling him wicked and greedy....sometimes they call him bastard. .all in the name of derailing his thread. You might think they are doing potential buyers some good by their activity ...but they are monitoring their prey ...by the time some gullible and naive people start clicking like and share for them ....they are gradually gaining ground ....thereafter, they will get another moniker thst they will use to scam their victim...the next thing is that someone comes here to cry

To avoid all this, study their profile, ask reputable people here for advice...trust nairaland they will advice you properly . I am compiling the list of fraudulent monikers ...at the end we will see them for whom they are....don't be in a rush to do business with someone you don't know. Infact , don't pay for what you have not seen ....

Nonsense talk as usual,so if anyone criticize your post then he is a scammer or anyone that does anything aside car sales that tackles your post is a scammer. Maturity doesn't necessarily comes with old age because fholish people grow old too. Someone on a post mentioned something about someone posting a car for 1.7 claiming it's Nigeria used and you went on a long rant even though your name wasn't mentioned,here you are indirectly tagging people tackling you scammers in same manner. Like I said before, maturity doesn't necessarily comes with old age. Wrestle with a pig in the mud,you get dirty and the pig enjoys it. Na you get name and business to protect for nairaland,I don't sell anything here. Go and search for chibecan global and see how people tackles and insults that guy on daily basis,yet guy no send anybody,he go give you insult back and that's that. Whenever u come in contact with dubious traders, don't hesitate to publish their banking details and phone numbers on this forum, with the full detail of what transpired between u and the person. i have posted it. He is feigning ignorance. I bought another sensor (fairly used) from Enugu. But its too long to fit in there. Despite calling him on phone and telling him what i needed, still went ahead to send part number, he sent me another vehicle's part cos i'm not in lagos. Since then, he stopped picking my calls. I just overlooked it cos of the amount involved. These are the crooks that make online business regrettable.

We will wait to see his defence, but if truely that he failed to resolve the matter amicably with u, then urself is not even helping matters. See how u blur his account number in the screenshot u uploaded. Are u trying to protect someone who seem to be a dubious person?

Bros, type out his bank details and tag it scam, in such a way that if someone Google the account details in future, he or she will be directed to this page where his past dubious dealing with u can be seen. Though u said that the 8k is insignificant to u, but u might be saving others from falling victims to such person tomorrow

Acura, Accord & Pilot alternate parts, the part number you sent alternates with Accord 2010 and you did not send back what was sent to you and is still holding on to it till now, how do i replace or refund what you have not returned?
