For a fair comparison.

The entire article is nitpicking whilst trying to avoid the more important fact - oil revenues were far more in years past.
It was more in the past does not mean its $100 per barrel then.
Its just like picking the highest price in Buharis era and call it the crude price for the years in question.

grin lol is that all? Off course ignore the fact that oil price was more stable during previous years with nothing to show it, which was the point he was making, Doyin Okupe swore Nigeria in the TIME OF HIGH OIL PRICES CANNOT AFFORD NEW COACHES FOR OUR TRAIN SERVICE.

PMB has proven them wrong and has done more with less even building the perennial promise and fail second Niger bridge! We go well last last.

He did not prove anybody wrong Oga! He borrowed the money just like previous past government to run project......
......let's deal with facts pls.
That train was built on loans and not our oil money.

$143.

That said, Buhari na mumu.
OBJ sold oil at far lesser prices than them all on the average. Clueless Jonathan and utterly incompetent Buhari are just making that randy old crook, OBJ, look good. #SMH.

He did, no matter how your jaundiced heart wants to look at it. The borrowed money will be paid with what money? Borrowed money? At high oil prices these project could have easily been executed and paid for. If you cannot understand that the. You are dealing in sentiments not FACTS

. And please where are the projects the other administrations borrowed money for? Yeah you are right nowhere to be found.

What you should be concerned about is the quantity of crude oil production per day.

You are defending a liar and a failure. Create a topic on the average crude price from 2014 till date and total daily crude production per day and make your comparison. You will see the difference.

The analysis did not capture Niger Delta militants activity that crippled production during those time frame. So, this administration has no excuse. No one hears about excess crude oil account even though the annual budget was planned using crude oil base price of 25 to 45 dollar per barrel. Alot is going on and we know it

Why not complete your research by telling us how much it's been sold since 2015.

That doesn't complete it. Stop being stupid. The verification here was the price between 1999- 2014.

Zombie.... is that more important than pointing out that the NNPC (Northern Nigeria Petroleum Corporation) is infested with Northerners and they have never turned in a profit for decades just like their brethren in the North blackmail the South with Cows and Onions yet can never generate IGR the size of Rivers State. Under OBJ
Yet OBJ /Iwealla were able to clear the debt, increase foreign reserve to $60 billion and established the $38 billion oil saving.

n 1999, the average annual price of crude oil was about $17.4 per barrel. It was $27.6 in 2000, $23.1 in 2001, $24.3 in 2002, $28.1 in 2003 and in 2004, it was $36.5. Oil sold for $50.5 per barrel in 2005, $61 in 2006, $69 in 2007

Oil price under Buhari / Zainab Ahmed

You are not even ashame that the only thing this government can fully come to achieve is just railway after sending several Nigerians to their early grave with the increments of everything in this country.

And the only thing the stupid APC Presidency could achieve is just railway after sending the country back to 1912 And the worst of it is their Zombie supporters are blind. Someone that increase fuel from 87 naira in 16years to 165 in just 6years, Dollar from 197 in 16years to 411 in just 6years or are you talking about the price inflation on commodities

The funny thing is that if oil was sold at 100 dollars then and now 70 dollars per barrel u will discover that this presents government is making more money when u compare the exchange rate of dollars. Dollar was 190 and 410 now. Buhari is a failure and will always be an unrepentant wicked leader.

Oga Obj built a lot of infrastructure

Paid $16 billion to start up the electricity program. - I don't know what happened to that money, but we can start with the ministers involved in handling that money. I can bet that Oga Obj was sold on the idea of progress and paid, then ministers and other Treasury hunter came in and stole it to the end.

Oga Obj paid for operational satellites and training to inspire Nigerians into science.

Many schools were opened during his time.

Oga Obj was happiest when in Nigeria or Africa; our current Oga is always angry when in Nigeria or Africa except the Islamist ones.

Oga Obj loved being the boss of Nigeria, he visited every corner of the country and tried to have fun with the people.

Cons:

Oga Obj had too many assassinations during his time.

He almost lost control of the Niger Delta crises. He still was 70% diplomatic with the issue.

Oga Obj might have personal or family problems, but he is a Nigerian legend. Not the best like Oga Zik with foresight and great visions, but still up there.

May God continue to bless the Great Oga Obj.

He didn't say "minimum of $100".
