You could write out your name, the scratch card serial Number and Pin on an A4 paper, then scan along with your other documents....

go to pay.jumia.com or just google waec scratch card jumia pay. register an account and you can buy the scratch card for #1800. I bought mine yesterday, Jumia pay doesn't charge fees.

you can then type the serial no. and pin on MS word, convert to pdf, or save as pdf and merge with your other files. deadline is just 20 minutes away.

You can use PDF application to combine the scratch card with the other documents instead of rescanning all documents.

It worked.

Did a rider on my previous mail sent and submitted the updated scanned PDF at exactly 12:00pm.

But the PWC guys here who confirmed there was no need for it, why confirm when you do not have accurate information. sighhhhh

Most of them didn't attach scratch card last year and they were successful. I guess those guys were speaking from their experience last year.

I think it was done like that even till last year and they advised based on their experience so you can't blame them as they have really been helpful
