whitewalker01: Congratulations! But I think you have to pay your first-semester tuition fee first, make arrangements for accommodation, and arrange your credit card certificate thing with the first bank or other banks with other required documents before booking an appointment with the embassy. Check the Polish embassy website below; https://www.gov.pl/web/nigeria-en/d-type-national-visa 3 Likes |

If you will be applying next year apply to this school "katolicki uniwersytet lubelski jana pawła" it is the most cheapest university in Poland but there's limited space...I had issues with Nigeria Police, that's why I didn't apply 2 Likes 1 Share |

Hello Bro. I know this is an old post. But I’d like to know which is advisable and compulsory to do first, book appointment for legalization first at the embassy or book appointment for visa first before legalization. Because I’m thinking of legalizing my certificate first before paying the tuition fee. Please let me know which is best to do first. Thanks |

Hello , it is still me from Cameroun . I don’t understand. Some schools demand legalisation of documents. Does it mean I should make a first travel to Nigeria for legalisation at the embassy there and then I postulate to the university , and later travel again to Nigeria when accepted by the school for visa ? |

xsayberries: Request a "cash back credit card" not just "credit card". They are not loaning you money, they are giving you a value for your money. Also speak with a manager not customer service (most of them don't know jack) 5 Likes 2 Shares |

xsayberries: This product is also a credit card and with a certificate. But what you actually need is cash back credit facilities which is very uncommon in most banks. Try to visit branches that are in the central 1 Like 1 Share |

yourshopkwikguy: Those with N4 million do not get their visa because they failed to submit all the required documents while those with N2 million got their visas because they followed the instructions of the Polish embassy. It's not all about the huge amount of money but it's all about submitting the required documents. If you had visited the Polish embassy website you wouldn't make this comment about the monetary requirement because that is the requirement as of today. Maybe you didn't apply to any Universities because if you do you should be able to visit the Polish embassy website, but I will give you the opportunity to access the information regarding the financial requiremnts by providing the website here for you. https://www.gov.pl/web/nigeria-en/d-type-national-visa |

Re: Polish Student Visa by yourshopkwikguy(m): 9:55pm On Jun 11, 2021 |
Cmade1:I don't know really tho for Cameroon but I think you have to authenticate the certificates first at your country's ministry of education then look for Poland embassy in your neighbouring francophone countries if not in Cameroon. |

Re: Polish Student Visa by lindasweden: 10:30pm On Jun 11, 2021 |
yourshopkwikguy: A lot of people got their visas with N2 million (self-funded) because their tuition fees and accommodation appeared to be one of the cheapest in Poland. If you really understand the information on the Polish embassy website you would understand how easy it is to do it yourself. It is not all about a huge amount of money, but it is all about personalizing the calculation of the figures on the polish embassy website. For example, the website states that: 7. Documents confirming the possession of financial resources to cover the costs of return travel and costs of stay in Poland (to be selected from the list - there is no obligation to present all of them). The minimum required amount of financial resources is as follows: 1) PLN 2 500 for the return trip, 2) the cost of accommodation shown on the basis of hotel or rental agreement, 3) PLN 701 for each month of stay (PLN 701 x 12 months = 8 412 PLN): To personalize this according to your university, say the University of Opole, return trip PLN 2,500 + Uni Opole student hostel PLN 390 per month X 12 months = PLN 4680 + living expenses PLN 701 per month X 12 months = PLN 8412. When you add all together the result will be = PLN 15592. Using www.xe.com website PLN 1 = N112. So 15592 X 112 = N1,731,937.72Kobo Source: Polish Embassy website. https://www.gov.pl/web/nigeria-en/d-type-national-visa You see that it is not even up to 2 million naira. The above explanation is only going to favor the University of Opole admitted students if self-funded. The amount is expected to increase if someone is sponsoring you because that person is expected to have some money for himself after sponsoring you. This is what the polish embassy automatically expects you to know after reading their funding aspect. Therefore, if you had read over and over this platform and didn't find the solution, have you read over and over the Polish embassy website? Thanks. 10 Likes 4 Shares |
