andrewbaba44:Excuse you?? Did you even read the rubbish you typed? How many league goal did Ighalo score? So cavani is so good that he stopped Ighalo from getting 15-20min game time? If Ighalo was so good he could have forced ole give him game time just like Iheanacho did to Rodgers. Moses had 3 assist not 5, whether you like it or not Conte didn't retain him, if he really wanted him Chelsea were willing to sell/loan as he was already surplus to requirement. So the truth still stand, Conte discarded him at Inter. |

That should be our concern. If Keshi and Herve Renard (Zambia) could win AFCON with inferior squads then Rohr has no excuse not to perform. Toylove: 1 Like |

humility33: Have any of them been able to achieve the accolade of highest goal scorer in the AFCON. Will any of them ever attain that feat, only time will tell. But for now the only player who has is IGHALO end of discussion. |

Karlovych: Sometimes we like to believe the official lie, which is ludicrous, particularly coming from a government and society that doesn't stand on INTEGRITY. Zaha played youth football for England and then played for the first team. Inspite of all the controversy his change of allegiance was completed in 6 weeks. Even if your blind and lack knowledge anybody should know it will not take three years to make a change of allegiance with FIFA. So what's causing the delay.

jihday: Your proposition is nonsensical and lacks any iota of substance. Manchester United is not Leicester and the dynamics of team selection completely different. KC has been at Leicester city for 4 seasons and his first three seasons were abysmal it's taken him three years to come alive from essentially a football coma. Considering the quality competition in Manchester United, will KC be starter or be playing U23 at United. But l can say if Ighalo was at Leicester he would most likely be a starter and probably not wait three years to come alive. |

komekn:Victor Moses chose to retire at a very young age of 27 from playing for Nigeria, Ighalo also chose to retire at 30 and personally I'm not a big fan of clamouring for players like that regardless of the situation or reason that made them do that especially as none of them are playing at the highest level in their careers presently. Comparing them with Bonucci and Co is being dishonest in your assessment 1 Like |

komekn:I know it can be troublesome switching from England but in this case it is taking longer than expected. Sometimes they claim it is passport issues like it takes 7 months to get a Nigerian passport, there's something the NFF aren't telling us. |

chrisooblog: It really does surprised me that baba Rohr doesn't quite believe in us. He probably knows nothing about the Naija spirit neither has he read about our outstanding football history. Perhaps someone needs to school him on how Westerhof turned a relatively unknown squad to world beaters that nearly knocked out World cup 1994 runners-up, Italy from the knockout stage. They need to tell him how we turned on Brazil and Argentina at the Olympics and won the competition, or how we turned on potential nations cup winner CIV in 2013 and won the competition when everyone (including CIV) mocked us and called us super chickens. This team he has are potential world beaters. We've seen it clearly against Ukraine and Brazil. The hints were there in multiple games which Rohr ruined with mismanagement i.e against Argentina, SLA (4 goals in 30 minutes). A coach with the arsenal of Osimhen, Chuks, Iwobi, Ndidi, Aribo, Sanusi, Ebuehi, Ola Aina, Okoye/Uzoho shouldn't be complaining but should be salivating at the prospects of what he could achieve with those vibrant boys with Naija spirit. Baba had coached Gabon, Niger, and BFA and won nothing before coming on board. These boys won him a bronze medal at the last Afcon, gave him a run at the world cup and almost knocked out Argentina. Baba should stop complaining and start figuring out how to make the 'hungry' lads world champions. P.S. On a second thought; Baba is old and would probably retire after coaching Nigeria. He probably has no ambitions anymore, no new ideas and is just thinking retirement money. Perhaps we would need a younger and 'hungry' coach if we want to take our game to a higher level. The results at the Afcon next year would most likely decide Rohr's fate. If we don't win it or perform well, I'd be glad to let him go. If Algeria and Chelsea could change coach and suddenly become fierce, we definitely too can, just before the world cup. 1 Like 2 Shares |

jihday: How many minutes did ighalo played in the premier league ? Ighalo was playing cup games and Europa league and he did well there ,but you choose to be daft and ask how many league goals did he score as if you didn’t see the poor minutes Ighalo is not needed in the national team anymore ,but I won’t allow you say trash about him by using your back of tv knowledge Moses was on loan at inter for just 6 months ,he wasn’t needed at Chelsea and conte collected him on Loan because he believed in him ,same Moses was part of conte starting 11 that won the epl You don’t like a player doesn’t mean you should be capping trash For the last time stop saying nonsense Stop being deluded by saying ighalo should force ole to give him time as Rodgers gave to nacho ,do you think ighalo is under a long contract at Man U ? You forgot so soon on how iheanacho has suffered for about 3 seasons till this season that just ended Someone is on a short term loan deal yet you want him to make ole to change his mind and wait for years as nacho did Below is victor Moses stats at inter Milan and it’s 5 assists 1 Like

Chidera Ejuke is my top pick when it concerns all the wingers available for selection in the current Super Eagles. If Ademola Lookman's clearance materialises, then, i will stick to the following pecking order: Ejuke-Chukwueze-Lookman-Onyekuru-Samuel Kalu. and the rest. 4 Likes |
