Last year, Governor Akeredolu built and Commissioned a Church inside the Government House. The construction of the mosque inside the Government House exemplifies the essence of unity in diversity and peaceful coexistence.
It's a strategic plan to preach religious tolerance among the people of the state owing to the fact the Governor is a Christian. When will he commission a shrine The same governor that refused traditional worshippers access to their shrine 1 Like |

Akeredolu has got to be the most incompetent governor of Ondo State ever. No amount of image washing can change that.
This man is yet to completely pay February salaries. He has not completed any road project. He has spent more than four years as a governor and there is nothing to show for it.
All he does is to get drunk on palm wine like a homeless person. 1 Like 1 Share |

May God forgive you for this. I live in Akure and I can tell you categorically that No Governor in the history of Ondo State has surpassed Akeredolu if we compare what they have done with the resources available to them. Akeredolu constructed more roads in his first term alone than any 2 term Governor of Ondo State. His achievements in Industrialization, Infrastructural development, Social Welfare, Human Capital development, Health Care and Security are unprecedented. Your state Governor can't lace Akeredolu's shoe when we compare their achievements. 6 Likes |

Look at the roads shown in the pictures, very low quality ( not built with asphalt). Wait until it rains, the tar would be washed off. Imagine Segun Mimiko’s first four years as Ondo’s governor. Beats Akeredolu hands down, no comparison! 3 Likes |

While you're at it also tell me why he has continually failed to pay salaries. Are you being serious or you're simply not informed and you want to be enlightened? You can hail from Ondo State and not be informed. Even a toddler knows Akeredolu has been remarkable, especially in terms of road construction. 1. Construction of Sunday Bus Stop-Abusoro Road 2. Construction of Iwalewa Inner Community Roads 3. State Hospital Internal Access Road 4. Rehabilitation of Appeal Court – SUBEB 5. Rehabilitation of Alagbaka – SIB 6. Landscaping of the Right of Ways, Oba Adesida/Oyemekun 7. Dualization of Oba Osupa Road 'A'-Division -NEPA roundabout 8. Civil Service Commission - Police Headquarters including Adjoining Streets, Alagbaka 9. Construction of SUBEB, Oda Road Court of Appeal Road 10. Rehabilitation on of Ijapo Estate Inner Roads 11. Rehabilitation of Access Royal Birds Hotel/Kayode Adinlewa, Alagbaka Road These are the completed ones in Akure alone. On Salary payment, Akeredolu has been paying salaries according to the available resources to the State. His government has been open and transparent to all that is why the organized Labour are sympathetic towards his government. All the states in Nigeria are financially stressed at the moment. Gone are the days when Mimiko was borrowing to pay salaries and he put the state into financial mess (despite the huge borrowing, he still left behind 7months of unpaid salaries). Akeredolu has said he will not borrow to pay Salaries and i stand with him. 6 Likes |

I hope he put more focus on Salary payment but i understand the present economic challenges of the country. He should also put more focus on delivering the Ondo Sea Port Project and the Araromi - Lekki road project. These are the projects that will turn the economic fortune of Ondo State around. OndoFirstBorn: Sustainable Growth and development in any setting can only happen when we have men that truly care for the wellbeing of others, ones who live not only for themselves or their family but for the greater good of all, while the members of the Nigerian electorates wishes the Nigerian Political Class could boast of men in this categories, the narrative has not been a not too impressive one, however it is always a refreshing one to always see a silver lining in the cloudy skies of the Nigerian Political Class.
Changing the Narrative, ushering the much needed dividends of Democracy in Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, the Governor of Ondo State has made it a culture of doing the unprecedented, after winning the October 2020 Gubernatorial election in Ondo State to return elected, the people of Ondo State has witnessed tremendous infrastructural cum industrial growth within the first 100 days of the Governor’s second term in Office.
Working in line with his REDEEMED agenda, Arakunrin Akeredolu has intensified his efforts to repositioning the state for more economical growth.

In line with the REDEEMED blueprint, over a hundred projects and initiatives has been birthed and in commemoration of his 100days in office in his second term, 100 projects which are spread across the states were selected for commissioning. These selected projects done by Governor Rotimi Akeredolu SAN, christened as the ‘100 Strides in 1oo days’ is a testament that for Governors like Rotimi Akeredolu SAN, second term opportunities are more opportunities to serve and lead well and not to live on the commonwealth of the people without nothing to show for it.
