I always try saving money every month, but end seeing my account reading minus because of alcohol.

I never knew alcohol burns pockets than a woman's gash. I day blow 20k in a day atimes, chopping life, without even fvcking a single lady from it.

Let's not even talk about the physical detriment it brings, but the emotional turmoil that accompanies it, from the hangovers, and remembering the fool I made of myself the night before. This goes on to affect my relationship with people and at work too, making go late to punctual, and impairs my effectiveness, resulting in my occasional incompetence.

Had 2free days to pit my crib together and nest, but was busy boozing off throughout yesterday, and slept throughout today, thereby achieving nothing.

Please guys speak to me. I'm tired of being an Alcoholic.

I stopped drinking alcohol in 2013. Till date I haven't tasted alcohol again. I was able to achieve this because someone thought me the dangers of alcohol and what it damages in our brain. I promised myself not to take alcohol again.

The choice was a though one—because I have to break out from some of my friends that can't do without it. I had to make new friends that have the same believe as me.

My advice to you is to change your friend if they push you into over drinking and lousiness.
Buy self-help books and start reading like you are going for an exam.
Connect with disciplined guys.

Sound advice. Na to follow through be the problem, and most of the disciplined friends I have here are judgemental. I can't even let them know I drink sef, it's better that way...

You will need to reduce your social activities or outings, reduce your contacts with folks that can lure you into drinking. Try to replace alcohol with healthy drinks like fruit smoothies, tiger nut milk, kunu, zobo laced with ginger and garlic. Develop healthy habits like strength training.
