Don't allow it to happen before u start to come and tell us stories. Which measures and policies have u put in place prevent them. Cus the said prevention is better than cure. When I see prices of houses in nigeria I laugh! Why would I buy a property for N100m in abuja when that same amount will give me a house in Georgia? Which kind material or labour them use for naija or land wey suppose dey more expensive pass yankee? .it's simple, money laundering from crime and corruption is driving up property prices.
