Its all about keyword research. Do your research very well and validate those keywords before creating the books. Coloring books like kids activity books, kids coloring books, adult coloring etc the niches are endless. Just pick one and research, validate and then create the books.

PS: *Make sure your books are quality else it won't do well*

* Number of books/competition: 1,800 and 2,000

Please do you think both books are worth writing on?

perhaps it was not properly formatted, I can help you
professionally formatt your books. Kindle has upgraded. The reason they don't accept mobi file again as flowable ebook.

I emailed them, they said they have technical issues and working to resolve soon. I watch youtube , nearly every one said it usually take time.

If the book has formatting issues, i think it would have been notifying me during submission process.

Also Your statement shows you know nothing about this business. No matter how good your books are, they need promotion and a little bit of tweaking or even running ads sometimes or else sales will die of. Also you still need to be consistently uploading more books.

You don't just upload books and go and sleep and expect them to make sales for you. it's people like you that decieve people that to make it on kindle, they just need one or two books, go and sleep and wake up to millions in their account

Every business need maintanance, no matter how big they are. Even as gaint as nairaland is, they still have people working full time to maintain the site.. Even as simple as stock and cryto trading is you still need to work, maintain and check on it unless you will lose all your money, because nothing is 100% passive.

And besides its my account and i can decide that i want to sell it and focus on another thing.

People do sell apps, and websites giving them money to focus their attention on something that will give them more money or more freedom.

so get off my mention.
