Hello guys.
Will I still be able to get NSE request if the closing amount of the SOA is 20million but during the six months there was a time the amount in the account was 5million then 10million and 30,000?
I heard the minimum of 10million must have been constant and not less even though the amount in the account presently is 20million naira.

Please I need a response
NSE simply requires you to submit MyBankStatement certificate and IELTS. You don't necessarily have to wait for request. To the bolded, that's not a requirement, but VO might have concern about very low balances, sudden and unexplained lump sum. It's important you address the source of the fund and make at least a semester payment.

I think SDS is for Indians. Concerning NSE, you need IELTS result and a "mybankstatement" certificate. But the truth is that I don't think NSE route still genuinely exists. Now, people who go through the NSE route get an application decision after several months of submission, and this is contrary to the promised "20 days" processing time.

Some docs include; admission letter, sop, sponsorship letter, sponsor's bank statement, sponsor's payslip/business reg docs(whichever is applicable), property docs, applicant's payslips/business registration docs, applicant's introduction letter from employer/leave letter, applicant's payslip and bank statement. Get more info from page 1 of this thread.

Hi guys,
Please I need clarification on the types of Canadian students visa for Nigerians.
From my research I have heard of NSE and SDS.
Concerning that of NSE, I heard that one of the requirements for applying is the IELTS.
Please how true is this.?

Secondly what are the required documents and steps for someone just starting a visa application after getting admission.?

Thanks for your anticipated reply.

For March applicants that eligibility review hasn't started on your GCKey account, please keep calm, work is going on, and eligibility has started but not updated yet.

I mailed Windsor's MP to find out about the status of my application, and last night, I was forwarded the email from IRCC which states;

-The application was received at the Canadian visa office in Nairobi, Kenya, on March 11, 2021.

-The criminality verifications (biometrics) are passed.

-The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the applicant meets the eligibility requirements for a study permit.

N.B: My GCKey shows that eligibility review hasn't begun. So let's keep hopes high #Happy Weekend Canada pipu

That's a good one. I suppose you're a Pharmacist. What course are you going for in Canada?

It's difficult for NSE to work in Nigeria because of corruption. They,IRCC, don't believe any document submitted by Nigerian applicants. So they still take time to carefully Vet them before taking Decision.

Please fellow Nigerians
While contacting parliament members of Canada might be a good way to inquire about the status of our application
Please let’s do it reasonably otherwise we may begin to get ignored due to excess indiscriminate mails.
Let us not start sending 2 emails per day like it’s webform.
Please let us not misuse this opportunity smiley
And please if you are to contact a parliament member, it is advisable to contact the one in the exact area where your school is located.

You can get Study Permit to Canada And travel with your kids if you get Admission to a DLI and package your documents well. Mind you, it is not an easy thing. You need a lot of money to achieve this comfortably.

Thank you. My BSc is different from my current job role but and I want to apply for Graduate Certificate in this my current job role because I can’t even do MSc in something related to this my current job role because of my BSc background And I don’t know if applying cut a Graduate Certificate related to my job role is cool.
JustMellow:

Hello Websta,

It is not impossible, but a career switch reduces the visa chances especially when there is insufficient justification, blur demonstration of progression, or unclear prospect or projection.

It will be wise to go for a study that well-align with your previous study (if a recent graduate) or experience.

Best of Luck

The Course you should go for should be connected to your current role. That's the only way it will make sense to a VO. Graduate Certificate ( Post Graduate), is a way to go, though I don't know how your CGPA in your BSc will affect it. Gurus will speak further on that.
