The Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, says the people of the South-West geopolitical zone are against the Federal Government’s move to recover grazing routes for herders to graze their cattle in the country. https://punchng.com/grazing-routes-fg-driving-nigeria-to-anarchy-says-gani-adams/ 49 Likes 5 Shares

I pity Gani Adams, he warned Yorubas about Buhari but they were just too carried away by rhetorics from Tinubu and some accused him of collecting pipeline protection contract from GEJ and was thus working for his own personal interest, today the same people are expecting him to do magic and save Yorubaland from Futa Jalon invasion. That's the mark of a true General (Aare Ona Kakanfo) who didn't want to make the same mistake as his predecessor Afonja (who sort for help from Alimi in his conflict with Alaafin but who ended up murdering him to become Emir of Ilorin) by spotting danger far ahead. Unfortunately he still faces internal resistance from the likes of the one man but vocal group MURIC and the Ganja loving Emir of 'Iwostan' republic and others 249 Likes 17 Shares |

Without grazing route there is tension everywhere and all the regions are coming up with measures to chase fulani terrorists from their domain... It's just ridiculous how the Buhari led government is talking about grazing route while what they should be advocating is ranching, you can't enforce such archaic caveman practice in 2021 for people who are doing their private business.... 103 Likes 6 Shares |

Guyman02: Well Afonja story was there for all to learn from but because of the selfish few that are eyeing 2023 they decided to align the SW with Fulanis and we are all seeing the result today.... 97 Likes 6 Shares |

Releasing statement doesn’t change anything, this is not the time for that. We are in war and our Aare is busy issuing statement like spokesman, do your job and with God on our side we will leave this unholy union. 52 Likes |

Speaking with The PUNCH on Saturday, Adams said grazing routes “cannot work because the entire Southern Nigeria has spoken and we are against open grazing; the governors in the region have banned it already and lawmakers have started enacting laws in their state assemblies to ban it AND SOME FOOLISH BORORO AND THEIR SOUTHERN ABDULS THINK THAT THE WHOLE OF SOUTHERN NIGERIA WILL NOT FIGHT THEM TO DEATH HELINUES AKA MONOGAMY TELL YOUR BORORO TERRORIST BRETHREN TO BRING IT ON DIVIDE AND CONQUER STOPPED WORKING FOR YOU GUYS AFTER THE END SARS PROTEST 71 Likes |

This is part of political campaign and strategy for 2023 Our president knows that even his people are angry with him because of what is happening in the country so he is trying to make them to like him again and at the same time create hatred for some southern people that will go against it publicly. If you people can remember this same thing happen before 2019 election when he brought out one Ruga nonsense. 18 Likes 3 Shares |

Hmmm....We can only but pray for God to take control. "Jesus take the wheel". Meanwhile, would you like to spare a few minutes to listen to our devotional? We are now in a new covenant? How many of us are like the children of Israel in Mount Sinai, declaring service by our mouth but our action betrays our profession? The secret to victory and a life of obedience to the laws of God and his new covenant, is to rely fully on his strength for "we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us". If only the government can devote half the efforts they are devoting to herdsmen and pastoral farming, Nigeria would have moved a bit forward. Still wondering why the government is trying to encouraging this pastoral lifestyle in this age. 27 Likes |

Gani Adams have spoken well, but Igbos have hijacked the comment section with their stupid comments on how to divide Nigeria through war, for Biafra nation actualization . I pity those clamoring for war! You think Lamidi KANU will come down from abroad to fight any war or sacrifice his life for any Igbo man? 2 Likes 1 Share

How come nobody is talking about the alarming increase in food prices? A paint rubber of beans that sold for N800 during the first lockdown is now N2,600. Rice, yam, other staples are now astronomically high. Eggs now N1,700 a crate. The scaring thing is that the prices shoot up every day, not like before that it will tarry a while. A lady I bought roasted corn from told me the farmers they buy from can't go the farms to harvest because it's highly unsafe, that they had to contribute lots of money and pay a team of mopols to accompany them. And even that is still highly risky. Other federal administrations have come and gone, how come its Buhari's time it is seeming impossible to grow crops and livestock together? I know Buhari wants to be a northern hero. Why not tackle the number one problem of your region which is illiteracy? The man has never built a single school in the north even with all the federal resources at his disposal. Or does he also subscribe to the notion that western education is a sin? I don't want this country to break into Biafra, Oduduwa etc. I know once May 29 2023 comes, and somebody else enters power. This whole herdsmen cow menace will just vanish into thin air. But the question is: can we survive till 2023? Its just 2021. We haven't even entered 2022. If this was a country where people can agree on what is good and bad, these issues won't be this bad. But in Nigeria, good and bad are relative. If you criticize Buhari, core northerners and Yoruba Muslims will attack you. On this thread people are already saying Ipob etc. Everything is a tribal and religious fight. Those of us that are neutral, can't even be heard. It's frustrating 49 Likes 4 Shares |

All this tribal crisis is being used by some people to get into office. That is my view of the matter. Once Buhari goes, this fulani matter will die a natural death. The goal would have been achieved. Most of the people forming defender will go back to their loot. And yeah, all parties are guilty of doing that...Buhari included. My annoyance is that I hope they don't burn down this whole country with their dangerous games.... Modified Of course, the fulani matter is not the only matter..... 8 Likes 1 Share |
