Been on folic acid from Week 1 now I need suggestions on the next pregvit to start...Obron or pregnacare
P.s: I haven’t commenced antenatal yet
Planning on registering with Lagos Island maternity tho it’s a bit far from home but I got a lot of recommendations and how good they are
Two days again had my second scan..scan says my baby is growing but co-existing with fibroids

Hello everyone, Team JAN 2022 . Had terrible stomach pain on Monday next thing I saw is blood. Went to the hospital and was placed on Duphaston ,Divamine( for vomiting cos I vomit a lot), and an injection 2wice a week for 3 weeks. Are the drugs ok for me....

I was given duphaston too when I was seeing blood as it stopped and proceeded to bed rest. Your doctor sure knows whats good for you and won’t prescribe nothing that’ll harm you.

Did he tell you any reason for stopping the pregnacare plus ? ( I’m curious) I was taking everything together pregnacaremax and folic acid. What my doctor only mentioned to me at my last appointment was to stop because of the iron and concentrate on folic acid for now or if I have a prenatal without iron I should take that for now, so I ordered for the same prenatal I’m taking now but the chewable gummy version (doesn’t contain iron) anyway it’s yet to arrive so I dey wait. I forgot to ask why he doesn’t want me to take a prenatal with iron anyway

While pregnant, soaked unripe pawpaw inside drinkable water preferably inside a bottle, drink it as often as you can for 3 days or when the pawpaw is soft then repeat the process continuously.

It is well o , losing pregnancy because of prenatals is not a joke and I hope it’s not attributed to the prenatal, abi one naija company has started making pregnacare that we don’t know Because I don’t trust those people

On my last ANC visit, I complained about it and I was prescribed loratidine and it's not working for the itching. Pls what can I do because I have small injuries on my chest and neck from the itching

I started taking the unripe pawpaw juice when I was 7months till 9 months before I stopped .

Get unripe pawpaw sizeable quantity , peel wash , remove seeds and cut to sizeable pieces and soak in a bowl with clean water. Cover the bowl and place it on a cool surface (not fridge )for 3 days to allow it ferment. On the 3rd day seive out the liquid in a cup when you want to drink, then replace the water at night so that by morning the juice would have extracted again . Prepare a fresh one ahead with same process once you notice the juice is tasting lighter.


You can take a cup of the pawpaw juice in the morning and night for effective results
