So, what happened to ground nut pyramids proceeds thereafter? The last time I checked, that money wasn't even sufficient for the north in the first place. So, what would you say of cocoa proceeds and Oil palm proceeds with coal proceeds from the south used to build those refineries? Shell had an agreement with Nigeria, using their own resources for oil exploration. Maybe the aboki of a guy should research about how oil was first discovered oloibiri.
