This lecturer is very funny. But for me "unknown gun men" is a group of criminals bearing arms and killing, maiming and terrorizing people, with their particular identity and motive not known.

I being an Igbo man and an ardent supporter of UGM will define them as the people who decided to take their destinies in their own hands after the near extermination of their tribe by the same security agencies set up to protect them. Which when they asked questions were termed five percenters and when they asked the meaning of five percenters they were called wailers.
