The highlighted isn't a mistake, some schools put up funds from family members (relatives) under personal funds. If your school falls under that category You should state it boldly in the interview. I don't think this is a reason for denial.

Thank you for your response,
I compared the i20 from another student going to the same school, and his was listed as family funds, i have mailed the school and i qas asked to send SOA of my dad.

The house please advise, I went for USA visa interview today but I was denied, the amount of denial I saw was something else almost every body left with blue paper
My transcript goes like this

Me.Good morning sir
Vo. Good morning
Vo.Why did you choose Suffolk University
Me I choose to study in Suffolk University because of the outstanding curriculum and course content that matches my career goal of becoming a biologist, also the offer scholarship and financial aid opportunities for outstanding student like my myself the region is also relatively cheap and known for it's very low crime rate
Vo who is sponsoring you
Me my uncle
Sorry u do not qualify for this visa

My tuition is 59 thousand USD
My question is does it mean that my uncle with different surname can not sponsor me with such amount of tuition fee?
Is it possible for my sponsor to change his account details to my surname maybe next time I will say he is my father
Please advise and tell me a way out

Sorry for your denial.
Past transcripts have shown people can mention uncle for such deficits and still be considered for visa.
The VO in your case most probably didn't enough patience. That's it's advicable to always shed more light. Just saying "your uncle" is vague and non convincing. One word replies at such scenario isn't going to cut.

That code number showed that you presented a fake supporting document. In your attempt to secure visa you committed fraud.

At this point I can only wish the person involved Gods grace to eventually get a visa at all.

am so sorry about your denial the first sentence of your answer as to why you choose the school was ok but adding further with the promise of financial aid and scholarship plus low crime rate doesn’t make Any sense because counting on getting a scholarship or some form of financial assistance from the school simply shows your uncle is not capable of funding your studies. Better luck next time.

For you to update SEVIS details on the appointment, you will need to cancel your current appointment, which is not a good idea right now as there is no date anywhere. If you have made payment on the correct SEVIS ID, go to the embassy with that. Don't worry about the mistake on the appointment. As long as the SEVIS ID on the I-20 is the same payment was made on and that is showing on the DS-160, you should be fine.
The most important thing is that you make SEVIS payment on the SEVIS number on your i-20 and you have confirmation for it and the same SEVIS number is correctly filled on your DS-FORM.
Shun worry and prepare for the interview.

Keep checking, 3 times a day. Designate time for it. Ideally, 5AM, 12AM and the third chance in between.
The embassies will likely release date before weekend. Keep watching!

NigPatriot:

That code number showed that you presented a fake supporting document. In your attempt to secure visa you committed fraud.

At this point I can only wish the person involved Gods grace to eventually get a visa at all.

Unless the person has genuinely repented… not sure how “God’s grace” will work here.

Do you already have a bachelors degree? If yes, that would have been a flag.

Why is your dad only contributing a small fraction of your sponsorship?
