Good evening all,

Please anyone that used IOM clinic, please was payment immediately after booking or I can book the next available date and when I get there I can pay just like qlife?

The reason is cause I don't have an ATM card yet or can I use someone else's account to pay
Send money to the Lagos account number from their website, then print out the payment receipt and take it along with you.

What time on Monday?
If it’s evening, take the COVID test on Sunday morning, then you get your result by Sunday evening.

Maybe you'll need to make a commitment before your next application, eitherby paying a full year tuition or living expenses. Nevertheless, get ur gcms note before you re-apply. All the best.
naijaoyibo:
After the first refusal in 2019, we did our best to package the whole thing.

In the LOE and Letter of Sponsorship, I broke down my statement of account (sponsor) and also attached receipts of my business.
Turnover and balance on accounts were huge figures. Also in the LOE, we explained how the lump sump I sent to her would be used to effect payment of the remaining tuition and living cost. She also added her bank statement, letter of employment from a reputable company and ties to some social and NGOs in Nigeria.

I as the sponsor also listed and attached evidence of some of my Landed properties and assets; explained carefully how this payment will not in anyway affect me since I am single and have no kids.

Personal account of sponsor with balance in the eight figure range.
Business account of sponsor with balance in the nine figure range.

Even with the gift of deed of a lump sum, the Canadian commission still deemed it fit to reject the application with the generic reason;

" I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status"

Experts in the house, what options/ways can a young lady of 24 years old use to prove home times to Nigeria?

Hello House,

I got my GCMS note this morning, i have applied since march 7th and also submitted NSE document after they requested for it. I did medicals in April and it was updated to pass on the 14 of June. can someone explain what the snapshot below means. My application is over 3 month.

Criminality and info sharing is in line with Background check requirements. Is that the only thing you have seen there? Seems they have not started eligibility review?

No pre-assessment note?

Definitely, you can. If she uses her own personal or company bank account to run the business, feel free to add it and indicate in your LOE/SOP (under the home ties/family support section) what those document(s) are for.

Thanks. I appreciate.

That seems to be the only thing. other information shows details of information sharing with US, AUS and New Zealand. Eligibility is blank.

Good morning my people. Long post alert.

Firstly, I’ll like to thank Almighty God for coming through for me. I just got PPR.

Timeline
Did upfront medicals: March 28 (IOM)
Applied: April 7th
Background check started immediately
Biometrics updated: April 12th
Medicals updated to passed: April 13th
Eligibility review started: Around April 28 (I didn’t note this, it was until I discovered this thread I knew it was noteworthy)
Orders GCMS notes: June 11
Emails and web forms to Lagos and Nairobi: June 16
Bvl and PPR: June 23 (7:50am)

First time applicant.
I discovered this thread after I had applied and I immediately noticed some mistakes….. I didn’t submit my BSc transcript and I had lump sums moved to my dom account, although I briefly stated that the funds were transferred by my immediate family members in my LOE (this was verifiable from the statement’s inflow) and I also had almost zero outflow on the account.

I submitted personal MBS, papers statements of my sponsor and IELTS with my application so there was no NSE request.
My brother is a Canadian PR and he is my sponsor. I had tuition for 1 year and flight money in my GTB Dom account and he had my 10k CAD living cost set aside in a savings account of his.

I’m 25 years old and my program starts in August. For home ties, I used a property that was gifted to me by my mum, my parents and my job.

When I saw that people who applied after me were getting PPR requests, I started to lose faith. My mum saw I was down, prayed with me and I felt enlightened again. I want to encourage you all to keep the hope high. God will do it.
