There are three elements here, the man, the woman and our society.

1, The man: Cheating in this scenario has a lot to do( about 70%) with the man in this instance. Being unsatisfied with his wife's emotional companionship is not an excuse. If he was tired of her emotional incompatibility, he should have divorced her or on her permission get a second wife. The truth is most men are not emotionally and sexually compatible with their wives. If a man with high libido marries a woman with low to zero libido, the marriage will suffer mercilessly from side chicks. The better balance is A high libido man to a mid libido woman. These days either for economic reasons or family pressures, most men and women embark on relationships without compatibility. So, a man should ensure he only marries a woman he has some sort of compatibility with. No excuses though.


2, The Woman: Most women do not put premium efforts in the emotional and sexual well-being of their husbands. They don't feel sexy, do not feel the need to make serious efforts to be attracted to their husbands. They are two career concious. On, the case of Jay-Z and Beyonce I mentioned earlier, there was a viral picture of the two sometime back, I think they were holidaying somewhere and he was posing with her holding her waist and looking very bored! Yes Jay-Z was looking so bored in that picture that people noticed and commented about it. Imagine that. It can only mean one thing. The bedroom has become extremely boring and Jay-Z was tired and bored. Then looking at the bereaved woman's achievements careerwise, it is quite clear that she is a busy woman, maybe even engaging in side dude hustle of her own with her bosses in Abuja. Who knows? Bottom line a lot of gorgeous women in photos are extremely boring in bed. I place 20% of the blame on her.

3, Our Society: In recent times, we have developed a kind of accommodating attitude to adultery. Even Religious leaders no longer openly and consistently condemn it. This is the result. We celebrate young girls with no sources of livelihood who are sudden millionaires. We welcome them to high profile events, Religious gatherings with praise. And yet everyone knows that most of those girls are high class prostitutes sleeping with the rich and super rich married men! These prostitutes now become a role model for younger girls who now look up to them as the gold standard for success! That is why almost every single girl in Nigeria is dating a married man. That's the bitter truth!

I know! But it is a human thing. I am tired of reading all these gender war on Social media. We are one race. If men cheat, who do they cheat with? I also ask the same of men: if all Nigerian girls are useless, where did all the men come from? The world is rotten as a whole.

In all of this, I feel for the woman the most. Getting to see her name and probably pictures on the news and almost on every online blogging platform in Nigeria just because you got married to a loose cannon who isn't only a chain smoker but also a dopehead.
