USDCAD just gave a breakout to the north..
Just some patience to be sure it isn't a fake out.
The break out and retest will be the best strategy to trade it.

My thought on USD.
I still favour a strong USD in days to come.
This pair formed what I can call a head n shoulders while d neckline was also broken, getting tested all in weekly tf. I will short once weekly closes below d neckline.
This can make gold also to sell

Gold in the band for some days now - viewing from H4, I'm saying bye to gold till next week; no more going down to H4, I will just stick to my D1 and wait until it is ready to go again.

I have searched through all pairs, no other pairs to trade except the 4 I'm currently on.

close to month end, and profits withdrawal is what I aim.

the neckline is yet to be broken n some days ago I posted this chat just to confirm if it is a valid HNS as one shoulder is higher than the other so therefore if it is not valid then we have a "M" pattern..

Gold wasn't good to be traded this week (Mon - Fri), this is a D1 TF and see what it has been doing since Monday; the reason I dropped down to H4 twice to take slight opportunities, this range/consolidation may likely continue till say Wednesday, until then before I trade this metal.

Knowing when to stay out of the market helps in capital or profit preservation.

Fundamentally, there's a tip for gold fall but technically support is strong and tilted on the side of a break of 1800

Lets see what happens by 1:31pm.

*trying not to over leverage
*having personal issues bugging you
*fear of missing out (I trade 15m)

I wish I knew what I know now (before family issues) I would have grown to a point I trade daily only

This competition has continually exposed my lapses, and I don't like what I am seeing

Gold can also still favour buy as long as daily doesn't close below d channel. Almost all daily candles for d past 5days now have been bullish reversal candles which ultimately reversed at 61% fiboo.

There's a pattern in gold.

Price will get to 1790 before dropping to 1780 or 1775.

Time.... Give it time, you'd be fine. I think at this point I have seen most of my lapses... I'll be using the next half of the year to TRY to straighten them out.
