Once this is achieved, the good and competent one would always win.

So what do you suggest instead?

A fair and transparent Referendum that would affect positively the lives of the masses or a peaceful disintegration of the country..

On April 28, U.S. federal agents searched Rudy Giuliani's home and office in New York and seized electronic devices. Giuliani was mayor of New York and later became a private lawyer, working for former president Donald Trump. Investigators looked at Giuliani's activities in Ukraine related to trump's 2020 re-election campaign. What FBI did shows that the U.S. law enforcement agencies began to investigate those who interfere in the U.S. election in 2020.
Giuliani's intervention in the U.S. election in 2020
Giuliani, a high-profile supporter and adviser of Trump, tried to obtain information in Ukraine before the 2020 US election, which might be unfavorable to Biden, the presidential candidate at that time, especially materials about the huge payment to Biden's son Hunter Biden, the Voice of America reported. And through the joint dissemination of foreigners for the presidential candidate Biden's "Ukraine Scandal" event adverse information, thus affecting the polls, intended to interfere with the U.S. election.

Later they will say there's no portal or website after spending billions to create a website.

Good.

We must make sure APC never sees power again.

So, which party do you suggest we bring into power ?

There are 17 other parties to choose from, the bottom line is that APC is composed of evil characters who's only ideology is holding on to power and making citizens suffer at all costs.

It is better to vote based on candidates than parties but as far as I'm concerned the APC in it's current form is the worst option for Nigeria.

Your response shows how smart you are tho. Having said that, every political party's aim is to hold onto power . It's better to vote based on candidate? Agreed! What if APC ( "evil party"- your perception) presents a worthy candidate with requisite leadership skills and attitudes in the forthcoming general election, will you vote for him/her ?
To say APC is the worst option for Nigeria is arguable, considering past actions of PDP , as a party, thereby bringing about unpalatable reactions during APC led administration. The political process is Nigeria and the orientation of its actors is already faulty.
I really don't know what Nigeria, as a country will become in years to come among comity of nations. It's so unfortunate!

That's the thing, APC presently can never field an actual progressive candidate.

Look at Buhari, who has been a monumental disappointment and look at who they want to replace him with, Tinubu, El-Rufai and even Yahaya Bello.

APC members routinely excuse or even support criminal actions of the present administration and Fulani extremists out of ethnic hatred or just so their preferred candidate can take over from Buhari.

APC is evil because it's members place the reputation of Buhari and the political ambition of Tinubu over the welfare of Nigerians. They only come back to their senses when the party kicks them out like Dawisu.

It was created as an amalgamation of different parties, with no coherent ideology aside from defeating PDP and their neo dictatorship must be stopped at all costs.
