One of such would have been access to the tree of knowledge because they had passed the test.

However they did eat of it in disobedience to God's Word, and the rest as they say, is history.

What of animals? Do they fall sick and die? Do they suffer hunger also? Anyway through Genesis 1 properly, youl realise it is...for instance check Gen 1:3-5 and compare with Gen 1:14-19. The sun, moon etc were created on the 4th day, what light was created on the first day in verse 3-5? How does a day exist without the sun? What was morning, evening, night before the 4th day? Again in Gen 3:23-24 man was driven from the garden of Eden, andGod put an angel to guard the tree of life...where exactly is this? Or did God uproot the tree of life from earth?... Its all a metaphor actually.

They'd have remained ignorant, naked and enslaved in the Garden of Eden if Eve had not decided to stop believing the crap Adam told her some God told him and instead used her God given senses to check for herself.

And as we all know, her eyes opened and she gained wisdom and she surely did not die, but instead went on to live some 800 years afterwards during which she is said to have populated the earth with billions of humans which has resulted in your very self and some people who are on the way to Mars.

For those who say it is a metaphor, yes, it is. Those who do not eat the fruits of the trees of knowledge suffer and die younger than those who do eat. Nigeria does not eat so our life expectancy is much shorter and we have no Light, while nations where its people do eat live longer and have nuclear power.

To those who claim eating the fruits of knowledge introduced death etc into the world, perhaps consider that what eye opening does is make people aware of death and its causes, which we are informed, ignorance is the major cause, because we know how ignorant Adam must have been to think Eve was his rib! Eve would have wisely informed him that life comes from within her legs.
