Straight to the point, knowing that I will be graduating this week give me unlimited joy. Leaving Uniben and its stress and that Economics department is more than just happy and thanking God for. But few days ago as I was expressing my joy over graduate a question stroke my mind and it was "do you know how life is after school?" This question really got me thinking because as a student I don't lack, my family have always provide for me. Please share your experience of life after school and also possible advise so that I can learn and prepare for what i will likely be facing as from next week.

Note: I'm a graduating with approximately 100k+ in my account ( I decided to saved money as a backup plan from the catering service I was going and from the money my family was sending to me).

Not funny.......easy for u only when u got connect who can link u up for a job or Baba God decides to smile at u with an already waiting job.


It's tough out here surviving on own....with the mirades of bills hovering over ur head.



Sometimes I wish I could go back to being that little child...back to those days of innocence... Those days when I don't have to think of what to eat, drink, wear, pay for light or water......


But it is what it is.... We have to survive.


With ruthless determination and resilience, you can eke out a living here...... But if u have the money, japa to overseas....

Its not different from school, the suffering, the zeal to push forward, the endless fight to be on top, the distraction etc, just like u find students that always blame lecturers, in life u will also find people that will blame the govt, u will find them all in life.the only difference is that while in school, u will know when all these hardworking will end, maybe 5yrs or 4yrs or 6yrs for the medical students.

But in life there is no end to ur struggle cos there is no limit to how far u get climb, at the end of life many will finish the race but just few among them will come out on top, yes life also have first class and second class people while many will also drop out

That is why school was never a scam, it has given u everything to face the real world
