Doctors and experience people in the house please help.early this year my sister complained of sour throat which she took some medication that didn't work and after a while a little part of her neck was swollen which she waited till it was soft and we had to press porse from it and thought it was over,after a while another part of her neck close to her jaw came up again but this time bigger and someone prescribed a native medicine which did not work and now the pains is very severe and swollen part coming out more that she can no longer eat or speak clearly and loud, she now struggle to sleep due to pains and worse is that there is no Money to go to the hospital. i am confuse and worried and need help from experts in the house to know what the problem could be.please help

Abeg go to the hospital, they will likely not admit her but just prescribe medications. The longer u delay the hospital visit, the more complicated the case will be and the more money it'll eventually cost u.
Moreso, it'll be better u upload the picture of the neck here as ur description isn't helping.

There might be a preceding history of tooth ache or bruise in the mouth. There's likely pus accumulation in that swollen jaw and will likely increase with time.
This looks like Ludwig angina and if truly is, it is a medical emergency. If care is not taken, the pus will start to choke her and breathing will become difficult. The pus might even track down to her chest.
In summary, failure to present in the hospital has worsened the condition and it'll progressively worsen even much more till u see a doctor.
Treatment will now likely involve incising and draining of the pus if it is muc, whereas oral medications if she had presented to hospital would have done.
THIS LOOKS LIKE AN EMERGENCY AND ORAL DRUGS MIGHT NOT BE OF MUCH HELP AGAIN.
