grin grin grin bros when did you hire people to start shifting goalposts for your friend?

While we're at it ask your friend if conceding 4 goals against Sierra Leone prevented his team from qualifying for AFCON?

If anybody is being hired it is the guy that is ok with conceding 4 goals against the 114th ranked team in the world.

Common sense is not so common. Does the fact the Enyeama and Rufai conceded 4 goals and Akpeyi didn't make him look bad or good Let's forget reasoning because we want to win the argument sha

If you really wanna argue this, then you need blame the defenders as well partly some of those goals were the defenders lapses and you dont expect even the best goal keeper to checkmate all the mistakes from his defenders

What the essence of having the oldest goal keeper as 3rd choice? To understudy younger goalie ? Some of this invitation end up brewing bad blood in the team none of this players are way exceptional above each other.... they're all average we called up the younger goalies simply because they've got prospects and stil growing

The reason why I brought up Vincent and Rufai is because you're trying to imply Akpeyi is better than someone because he didn't concede 4 goals. Good goalkeepers sef dey chop am. If you must market Akpeyi use another criteria not this pedestrian point of yours.

Former Nigeria U23 invitee Osaze Urhoghide has made a decision on his next destination when his contract with demoted Championship club Sheffield Wednesday expires on June 30.

According to The Star, the likelihood of the central defender remaining in the United Kingdom has increased as he has turned down offers from his foreign suitors.

Urhoghide had reportedly attracted interest from Portuguese clubs Benfica and Sporting Clube de Portugal, and Belgian champions Club Brugge.

It is thought that Leeds United, Crystal Palace and Preston North End are now in an advantageous position to sign the 20-year-old as he wishes to stay in England.

The Dutch-born Urhoghide is an U24 player and was offered a new deal so Sheffield Wednesday would be due compensation from any club he would join in the future.

Last season, he was involved in seventeen matches for the Owls, logging 1,229 minutes in total.

Former AFC Wimbledon youth-teamer Urhoghide moved to Sheffield Wednesday in 2019 following a successful trial.

No he has not..but he has conceded when it mattered most. You can score 9 penalty kicks out of 10..but its the one you missed that people will remember. Akpeyi is not needed. He should concentrate on club football.
