15th

5th

But those dates are inconsequential. They can start from anywhere.

GOOD DAY TO ALL

DEAR GURUS IN THE HOUSE

i have come here naked to seek for your help , please assist me with all the advise you can, i am in need of your experience and expertise , i am about to regret that i should have given my application to an agent , but this group has motivated me that i can do it myself
please do not forsake me

attached is my refusal note as a first time applicant and i have many question to ask to pass my next application

BRIEF BACKGROUND
i am 35 years ,i have HND in microbiology upper credit in 2010 and since then i have been working in a telecom company as a digital platform analyst, i have over 7 years working experience as a DATA ANALYST, during the pandemic work stop so i decided go for my masters unfortunately canada does not give masters to HND so i got admission for advanced BIOTECNOLOGY at centennial college,

FUNDS
I have a fixed deposit of 15 million naira from my inheritance untouched so i decide to use it for my self sponsor for the program and added my hubby and BIL as co-sponsor

here is my question
EDUCATION /CAREER ADVANCEMENT
1.is the advanced Biotechnology course offered not related as career advancement, if yes should i change my course to something related to DATA ANALYST
2.will my school refund my deposit fee and allow me change course. or apply in another school afresh
3,will it not raise another red flag by the visa officer

FUND

1 should i pay upfront for my 1st year tuition fee in my next application
2- what should i do with the funds in my fixed deposit to show that i can fund this myself, do i convert to savings or it doesn't matter
3, do i need to still add my hubby and brother inlaw as co-sponsor

please try say coitized me nicely as am already in a bad mood

thank you for your continuous support

@ everygurus

You should have applied for a program related to your work experience. The VO pointed out that you are unemployed cos you choose a program you have no experience in. Therefore reapplying, you need to change to a program in PGD related to DATA ANALYSIS.

You should have been conversant with your schools refund policy before paying the tuition deposit. so nobody here knows. Conestoga refunds tuition deposits if visa is denied.

In most cases, your school's internationalization office.

For instance, Memorial university's internationalization office must give approval before your travel to St John.

Confirm from you school

Finally got my notes, nothing in there, pre-assessment notes blank, eligibility blank. Medicals and background passed only. Really disappointing, even after my eligibility has been on review on my portal since like 2 weeks after applying. what can I do? We continue praying

Hi RollyA , You meant your eligibility started before you applied for notes or your eligibility started 2 weeks after you applied for note?.

I began the process of immigrating to Canada through the study route in 2019. The agent who filed and processed my last applications messed up too many things and kept me in jeopardy of never being able to get approval. Very simple here ......he was in way over his head and did not have the necessary knowledge or experience to deal with my case. But after I had contacted @Frankrobbn1 the MD/CEO of fandrglobal.com, the whole story changed. I must say that Frankrobben is a genius and a God-sent who rescued me from my difficult condition after four (4) visa refusals. May God bless @Frankrobbn1 as he gave me hope when all hope was lost.

My last application was denied on the basis of insufficient and available funds to pay for my tuition fees and to maintain myself during the proposed period of my study in Canada. I was very devastated and heart-broken when I got the refusal letter from IRCC in June 2020. Seeing the success stories being shared on this platform about @Frankrobbn1, I decided to take a bold step by reaching out to him for assistance with my complex case and it was the best decision I ever made.

To summarize my case, Frank professionally analysed the reasons for the refusal and encouraged me to order for my GCMS notes in an effort to obtain the factual concerns of the visa officer. After I had received my notes, he took his time to review my notes and gave me timely advice adjusted to reality, thus setting my expectations.

He took up the application and shared his expert advice that I should pay the entire two years tuition fees and have funds left for my living expenses during the two year duration of my studies. During the waiting period, Frank had always followed up with drafting emails sent to IRCC for expeditious processing of my application.

He gave me the direct contact number of the Member of Parliament in Newfoundland in June 10, 2021, who submitted an enquiry on my behalf to IRCC seeking for an update on my application. After getting a response from the MP, my eligibility review which has been on hold for more than 15 weeks immediately commenced.

@Frankrobbn1, I truly appreciate your support during this difficult challenging time. Your help has been invaluable; I don't know how I would have managed without your help and support. Again, thank you so much. I sincerely appreciate your generosity. Thank you so much for being there for me. It means more than I can say.

For those who are looking at this and thinking if it is a good idea to work with @Frankrobbn1, I say to you: at first it may not seem like a considerable investment, but if your intention is to have a hitch-free Canadian immigration process, it is really worth it. Personally, I paid for him to handle my difficult profile and his expertise made all the difference in my application. I am infinitely grateful.

I appreciate you all individually and collectively for a job well done on this platform. Success to everyone expecting an update. Thank you

Lastly, where are my fellow MUN scholars,  please let's connect oooo.

Hi. Congratulations once again. If you have about 7 weeks to your travel date, try to get both shots of the vaccine. You can get them six weeks apart. The vaccine is legit, the govt received it freely from WHO. It is a cheap (free) sacrifice and would be a far better option than paying between $2000-3000 CAD for hotel quarantine and apartment.

I also read that only family members would be allowed to get a room together. You may be able to stay together for the quarantine apartment but the hotel would be a solitary cost.

A colleague of mine in a neighboring state died after taking the shot. It was said that he had underlying illness and as a result, he had blood clotting. Due to the unavailability of blood cleanser/thinner, he died before they could fly to Lagos to get one.

I have also seen people take the full dose and they are fine. I see it more like a 50/50 thing and I am not going to gamble on my life like that. After the death of my colleague, preconceived fear could even kill me before any underlying illness if any....I am too scared to take it.

You are very correct on that butttttttttt naija nah naija, I no trust them.

Besides, I don't think I have up to 7 weeks, or do I? In fact I don't trust it grin

I have trust issues grin grin grin

I have seen people talk about sharing rooms here, I think two people can share the rooms if they travelled together...for instance, One GAA is 225 cad doll per night, I think two persons can share it, yes?

Wow. Sorry about that oh. That’s a terrible experience. I heard the blood clotting side effect is a rarity. My aged parents also got the vaccine and they have underlying issues too. They’re now fully vaccinated or I would have been scared of them completing it. Thank God ooh.

If your mind is against it, then don’t take it. Good luck.

Wow why is IRCC doing this?!! Your notes was pulled June 9 and they still haven’t assessed your eligibility....wow! This is ridiculous considering you submitted Feb 16!!! What program are you going for?

By the way the medical stuff you see on your notes is the acknowledgment that you signed for medical exam when you submitted ..it has nothing to do with medical request.

I’m waiting for another gcms note on July 8 and I really pray there is something on eligibility because these people are just being ridiculous!

All travelers need to fill out this form before they can be given approval to fly to Canada. Without informing them of your plans and quarantine location you will be turned back at the airport.
