It's good you understand my points except that ESN wouldn't be formed or even go on to attack the govt if the governors had done their jobs, period. They let things escalate and attacked ESN to save face and it's still unfortunate that they still don't have security plans for the East. What happens when the army is done. Communities in rural areas are still going to be prone to attacks,not now but much later because the terrorist are still observing. Reality will soon dawn on these governors.
