Me too no do again. My Final Evaluation is scheduled to hold today by 10 am, but I'm not attending. The process is too much! Something that's not even a permanent job...They want me to conduct a short teaching lesson (something I can't do with my phone) ;Group Discussion; Problem Solving Activity; and One on One Interviews just to be posted to Ogun.

After attending the pre virtual session last week, the person that anchor the session mentioned that after passing the virtual assessment the successful candidates will still go to Lagos in person for another interview.
If they could conduct virtual assessment through zoom, why go to Lagos again in person for the final interview?
Lastly, the candidate is to bear the cost. So after making my calculations the least money I will be spending is like 30k. On top wetin guarantee no dey say I will be selected. So the risk is not worth it.

I tot about dis lagos movement ooo... Its far from my current location nd na big expenses ooo... On a long run,, TFN no try at all. Personal interview is even d easiest tin to cónduct online than d 5mins teaching online....

For those planning to quit now, i would say you should reconsider. You've gone too far just to quit now. The final evaluation stage scheduled for Lagos is principally to verify your Certificates, as there is no way they could have done that virtually.

Has anyone who did the virtual assessment today received the mail for the physical verification?
