That's a lie brother, don't waste your money
This how things works in Europe.

Only sophisticated job could mostly be allowed to bring in international employee like
IT ,
Special engineering jobs.

But farmers, even the Philippines, indian and other African citizen walking around the stress never get job, talk more of someone in Nigeria.

So, send your brother, either via education route which is the best way

Based on my information... It's possible to get a Polish WP from Nigeria going there and starting a job in a Blue collar job but most Blue collar jobs pay 2500 Polish Zloty to 3000 Polish Zloty so that 6K PLN salary your gent got you is fishy!! It's obvious something is wrong somewhere that agent doesn't look sincere. But as for Poland , it's a good place I personally have a distant person who left for Poland this January via a Blue Collar work permit
