Cigarettes and beer especially cause high blood pressure which can result in heart problems/failure... even if you must smoke, it shouldn't exceed 1 pack in a year. I pity those who answer the name 'brewery' consuming crates of beer at a spot. You think you're flexing, y'all are killing yourselves. |

me too. I used to smoke 175 sticks per day but after Yesterday I decided to reduce it to 174. I can not kill my self.
