Good afternoon.

Please I need to ask a question, I am planning to reapply as soon my gsmc note comes in, my initial application was refused but my background checks and all were good and no query at all.

Please do u need go for a new police clearance on this new application?
Kindly use the same police clearance, if they need a new one they will request for it. Moreover, some pple ve gotten ppr with police clearance, they can't refuse you because of police clearance.

Urgent reply please.

In this tuition column, do i put my sum total of two years fee with my foundation course. Or just the first year fees alone.

The funds available for me is just for first year fees and living cost. Please help
Urgent

Yes, IRCC requires you to have a sitting balance that can take care of your 1st year tuition and 1st year living expenses. If 30k can take care of your 1st year expenses, it's fine, just ensure you explain how you wanna pay for the 2nd year. N.B: Having only 1st year fees is usually better if it's not a self sponsored application. Wishing you all the best in your application.

Thanks bro

It’s simple, just Google constituency members of parliament in Canada.

Send emails to the ones serving in the district where your school is located.

As for the body of the message, just appeal to their good conscience by pleading for them to assist in inquiring into the status of your application and to help expedite the final decision.

{It’ll Surely End In Praise for us All}

Thank you for this. I’ll do as adviced

I don't think they sent any June applicant NSE request. Hopefully they start processing June applications before the end of July.

My situation is exactly same as the person you advised. The only difference is that our time lines are different. However, the 30days of the mybankstatement for NSE offer has expired in my case. I went on to type a justification letter as to why my application is not suitable for NSE on a word document and attached a few supporting document, then saved it as PDF. I signed, submitted it. Immediately after that... My application status changed from "awaiting your action" to "submitted".

I applied April 8, got NSE offer on May 13 and it expired June 13. I just uploaded the letter today in the space provided and it went through.

I seriously hope and pray it ends in praises for us all. Many thanks for sharing your wise perspective @frankrobbn1.

Frankrobbn1:

Good to know you implemented the advice given by me by uploading a written letter of explanation and transmitting the application to IRCC. Now, it is time to follow-up with IRCC office in Nairobi to finalize processing of your application. This will trigger action on your file and subsequently approval letter will drop.

Keep the house posted on the outcome of your case.

It will end in praise

Thank you for your response. I received NSE request for MBS and IELTS. I have sent them a mail since April explaining why I can’t submit these documents and requesting normal route application processing (received full funding so most of my POF is from there, my sponsor doesn’t have up to 30,000cad). They acknowledged but then I want to do what you did but the thing is do I send 2 letters for both? Each explaining the reason why I couldn’t meet up for IELTS and MBS?

Thank you all that responded. I have sent this and my status has also changed to Submitted. It will end in praise for all of us PPR applicants.
