Kindly assist here.

The name on my WAEC certificate just has my Family name and my first name, but the name on my first degree certificate has my middle name included. Would I be needing to provide a sworn affidavit as an additional document when applying for the Visa.

Note: The school I applied to and that is about to give me CAS saw the disparity/inclusion and had no issues with it or ever raised any alarm... Should I just apply and provide the documents requested on the CAS or include a sworn affidavit ?

I have a brief question. I have made £2000 pounds deposit as part of my school fees with form A. The school requires that I make another payment of £1060 pounds on enrolment by September. My question is, can I still use FORM A to pay this fee since it will be cheaper for me before I leave Nigerian? Do banks allow us to use FORM A like that?

Just an urgent question as regards to Tb test. I did my test in January, 2021 and got my certificate but then i deferred my admission for September, 2021 in take. My TB Test will expire on 25th July, 2021 and I'm yet to request for my CAS which would be done Mid July, 2021

Do i need to do another TB Test or Not? and If Yes what is the procedure cos it just renewal

You need to do another test. Because it would have expired when you arrive UK. And it would be demanded on arrival at the airport. Go to their office and book.

I believe her place of birth being Delta state should be stated on the birth attestation from NPC irrespective of state it was issued. Except she wrote Lagos state as her place of birth.

That shouldn't be, her affidavit is what is used to prepare the birth attestation. So if she states on the affidavit that she was born in Delta state in so so year, it's also supposed to reflect on the birth attestation.

TB Test expires after 6months. You need to book for another one

Please, can I use a new account for bank statement?

Also, can I move the funds out of the account after I've printed the bank statement for visa processing or must I leave it in the account until the visa has been processed and collected?

Include it, it's safer that way in case your days counting isn't accurate, even if it's accurate, it's ok to have surplus day/days
