Thanks for your response. My work experience has been in banking industry. Customer service, do you think business management could work?
RELAN2446:

I also studied pol sci and guaduated with 2;2, masters addmission with 2;2 is almost impossible in the field. i opted for human resource management in centennial, i was able to back it up tho with my working experience.

Read Note 2 in your GCMS notes and you'll see concrete reasons for refusal.
Applicant is 19yrs,
1. The study plan does not appear reasonable given the applicant’s employment and education history.
Question: What did you study in the University and is it aligned with the proposed program you’re applying for in Canada?
2. The VO is not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada because his single, mobile, not well established, and has no dependents.
Question: did you explain in detail your ties to Nigeria or attach any document like properties and so on.
1. I'm 19 and just left high school 2019 therefore no previous undergraduate. I did all science related courses in school and I've been attending a computer science which I just finished.
2. There was a problem because my agent did not fill in my siblings in my family form, I don't know how that happened.

What do you consider concrete reason? More than enough reasons where highlighted and you said you couldn't find any concrete reasons?

Be humble and tackle the concerns in your next application. If you maintain you don't see any reason and don't tackle the concerns raised ....
Please can you kindly review the gcms notes for me.

Happy Canada Day grin. Our statutory Holiday in my country.

Canada celebrates Canada because of some colonies coming together to form a confederation.

Newfoundland and Labrador celebrate Canada Day as Memorial Day in remembering the loss of 700 soldiers in the first world war.

Happy New month

Yes you are 19 but how was your study plan written.

Did you state your career goals properly.

Why canada is a priority compared to Nigeria university since it is an undergraduate and can be done here.

Also your intention of coming back to effect certain changes with that studies.

ok since you only have an high school certificate Waec. You need to take your time and write a well detailed study plan, your career path, why you choose computer IT, why Canada and so on.

From the gcms note you uploaded, it has nothing to do with siblings. You need to show ties to Nigeria to convince the VO you’ll come back after your studies. My advise! do it yourself, some agents don’t review and check with clients before uploading documents.

Hello Everyone, i submitted my study permit application together with my family- me, husband and 2 kids- 3years and 1 year respectively on February 26th, 2021,To the glory of God despite all fears, it was approved by June 10th, 2021 but my dependents application is still yet to be finalized. is there a possibility that only mine will be approved despite indicating my intention to go with my family in my LOE?

@frankrobbn @justwise @Lekiboboe and all gurus in the house, from your experience with family applications applying together, what are the chances of approving my family's application and so far i have sent emails, raised webforms and requested GCMS notes but still no update yet. The silence is scary as i thought PPR will come together. Have you seen cases where it takes so much time apart between principal applicant and family members?

Also the written authorization stated in the IRCC website, please can it apply in this case? can i request it even though there is an ongoing/pending application.

Congrats on your PPR, as for your dependents i think you need to write IRCC for the authorization to travel for the processing of their application to be priotize and processed accordingly.
It will end with praise.

No, I think I was refused due to document i didn't include, although waiting on my gsmc note.

I was refused based on personal asset and financial status on may 31. My parents had only 8.5mill then but I didn't state my parents assets in the affidavit of support then.

EmeeNaka:
Police clearance certificate is valid for 3months only. So I think you will need another Police clearance certificate.

Meanwhile, do you think, on your own, that anything or documents you presented could have led to your refusal?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by Chukwuemekatehi(m): 7:12am On Jul 01, 2021
Its more than just assets. Order for your GCMS notes and know the exact concern of the VO. Also did you add your work history, payslip, personal account statement? All this can also amount to personal asset and financial status.

I don't think this is true for all schools as policy on this subject differ substantially.

In my school (Concordia University), I was still back home without a study permit but already had approval when I registered/enrolled.

Hello Akannitommy,

I'll be coming to Concordia University for Fall semester this year. I'm still waiting for my approval. If you don't mind me connecting, I just sent you a PM.

I submitted upfront medical and previous biometric with application June 11. Eligibility review started a week after. Medical not yet passed. Still waiting. I applied for Fall 2021 but had to reapply for spring 2022 as advised by school ( notified IRCC and awaiting Uwinnipeg new LOA) because it appears class is full and I refused to pay initial deposit on June 15
