No even advisable unless you know the person moving out very very very well as it might end in premium tears. You know it's a backdoor deal so you are on your own if anything goes wrong. Aside from the agent fees killing, most landlords or landlady won't agree as they also need the commission and agreement.

Like my house, my landlord will only collect rent from you, na the wife dey collect the agreement and commission. Na that kind person you Wan use scope give house to another person?
