When we came hear to give updates, we were termed false prophets. Where are the insideinformants again.
Some people who did video have gotten, life goes on guys. Good luck to us all.

It seems ph based roles is reserved for August resumption and more ph based offers are yet to roll in.

Most people resumed today 1st July,as earlier mentioned only roles that were rejected may still be filled. I knw people in finance and production who have been on onboarding in the last weeks. If you havent gotten a rejection stay hopeful. I got mine today.

Based on some credible info I got, No offer has been given to PH applicants.

Preference was given to internal candidates and some of them have been posted to portharcourt. For external candidates, let's just pray harder... ... Besides, Shell might call successful candidates long after the recruitment is over... I know someone that got in a year and half after final interview..

It is unethical for Shell to waste their time and resources on recruiting interneal candidates at the end. I had an extensive discussion with an insider who said they were commencing with the offers for PH applicants though.

Bros I know at least 2 guys in pH who resumed July 1 via this recruitment process

If shell wanted only internal candidates, why didn't they just convert them( internal candidates) into the various job roles without advertisement ?
Why did they waste time and resources in the recruitment process for both internal and external candidates ?

Mehn! It's been a long read trying to catch up with all that have been discussed here. Of a truth, the two people around me who got the rejection email didn't make it past the second stage, that is, they were not invited for the video interview. I know someone who got the offer, but rejected it because he was expecting more from Shell, pay wise. Like Venabill stated earlier, no go over raise your expectation as per the pay. This is SNBO and not SPDC!

Everyone who hasn't gotten a rejection email should remain hopeful, especially if your role is outside of Lagos. Most of the people that resumed on the 1st of July have their roles based I Lagos.

That means you're EXPECTING offer in August

Even if you had issues accessing your email, there were follow up calls from HR for people in your situation to be aware they got the ABC forms which they needed to act upon. You were meant to complete and send back the form within 48hrs.

So, if you couldn't access your email and you didn't get the follow up call from HR, it means you probably didn't submit the form before the deadline. How then did you get an offer as claimed?
