Buckeyemedia1:
The Governor is the Chief Security Officer in charge of his state so says the constitution, President Buhari did not write the constitution, his office & powers also emanates from the provisions of the constitution, he who feels aggrieved should take it to the Supreme Court for interpretation, or convince your elected officials to change the constitution, it falls within their jurisdiction, the President is a creation of the system he has jurisdictions limited by the Constitution 1999 (As Amended). This is a democratic dispensation not the Military era.
chief security officer with out the power to command any security apparatus, is that not an irony?,you know as well as I do that as far as security is concerned the governors are powerless but you are happy with the present setting for reasons best known to you, bye.

Funny enough, same way they fooled you in 2012, is the same way the new opposition is fooling you in 2021.

Like I said President Buhari did not write the constitution, your forefathers wrote it, pdp worked with this same constitution since 1999, if you feel aggrieved take it to the Supreme Court of Nigeria for interpretation or lobby the House of Assembly to amend it, why are you trying to push the buck, & blame one person for your own shortcomings? Delusional grandeur is when you tell yourself a lie, & believe in your own fallacy, the constitution of 1999 as amended is clear & unambiguous.

Ask your state Governor to return all the security votes money he has collected since 2015 from the Federal level, & also account for all the monies he allocated to security from the State budget, since he did not, & is not using the money for anything

Since you were born, mention one country in West Africa that has been separated? France & The United Kingdom your West African colonial masters prefer one Nigeria. ECOWAS will never agree, it is dead on arrival. Ordinary Republic Du Benin will attack & invade your illusion new country & claim parts of Ogun State, then you will run to The Federal Republic of Nigeria for help?

Did I write in Espanyol? Ask your useless state Governor to return the money, since he is not in charge of security, they should give the monies to the Local Governments directly let them protect themselves as needed. Local Governments also want their own country. Ijebu people want their own country from Egbas is it by force we must be one? Urhobos want their own country from Itsekiris, Esans also wants their own different country from the binis.

Stop living in self denial. No smart leader goes to a war his people are not ready for.

Stop blaming others for the fate of the Igbos during the civil war. The responsibility rest squarely on Ojukwu
Just as Ojukwu was driving by emotion, so also are the Igbos presently. The head should be used to decide matters of war , not emotions.

You'll never understand how rotten this nation is, until you are caught in it's web.....I was at ojota yesterday,I and three others to seal a deal with a car seller, the unprovoked discharge of tear gas cannisters, one even landed in a residential apartment, the use of lethal force, being aimed at with a death threat and cuss words, we had no placards on us, no crested wear that shows we were participating, just normal citizens going about a legit business....i saw how random civilians were getting dragged into their vans,it was a close shave but if we'd been arrested, some fo-ols here would be jabbing away at the mouth like imbe-ciles.....so until you have a first hand experience with this animals in uniform, you'll never really understand....

To agitate for self determination is a treasonable crime in present day Nigeria because it's not in the constitution Buhari promised to defend.

The agitation for now is to include self determination and referendum in the half baked 1999 constitution. Then when you protest for self determination and referendum any sitting government will not see it as a crime.

Forget, Nigeria is designed to not have Peace and as such, will divide eventually.
How it will divide is what know one knows, peacefully or in full scale, genocidal war, which is what l think the Fulanis are already planning for.

As a matter of Fact, Nigeria has divided already and is only being kept/patched and held together through the use of coercive force and violence, by the Fulani beneficiaries. How long will such effort last?

Me I am talking money, why is he collecting security votes money if he is not in charge of security? What is he using the money for? Like I said you can cry from here to Jericho, nothing will change go & amend your constitution & stop chasing shadows. No laws in Nigeria stops the State Governments from creating Security apparatus that is subject to the Federal Police, so you are blaming shadows for the cluelessness of your state Governors.

Is it when the Governor choses the police commissioners that there will be utopia security? He chose the commissioners of education, still no good education, he chose his commissioners of works & housing, still bad roads & no housing, he chose the commissioners of finance yet they can’t balance the budget, just to be siphoning monies to their personal accounts, the list is endless, but you want us to believe now that making him choose his friend or in-law as the commissioner of Police things will be great? Dreamer, it is always seems greener on the other side.

Some people are also stupid as they want everybody to be silent while suffering. It gets to a point when people will choose either to keep quiet and die or go to protest and die. I tell you they will choose the latter.

There cannot be peace where there is no justice.

Don’t worry the future will take care of itself, be patient Oduduwa Nation is coming. Nigeria Hausa Fulani & The British parliament have drafted the Oduduwa constitution in London, they want to pass it around the omo odua in the diaspora for their input, United States first, before they send it to you people in Nigeria. Food for thought, your Eastern Governors set up a Security outfit, 2 months later they claimed they don’t have money to fund it, yet not one responsible citizen asked them to publish & account for their statutory allocations from the Federal Government, or the yearly monies for security approved in the state budget, it was Buhari you & your like minded people started blaming, you want The President to come & remove peasant criminals in the forest of The Local Governments of your state, yet the State Governor is the custodian of the Land, collecting money for security every month? Yet Mazi Kanu was able to set up his own security outfit? Shame on you & your clueless Governors be waiting for President Buhari.
