You are right!

The guy was so passionate about it though. You could see he was visibly angry.

But then the construction was too poor. Except maybe it’s a community sponsored project. If the govt paid for that, then his anger is justified.

Just a little rain it sweeps it off.

It has nothing to do with buhari.it is clearly part of the constituency projects of hon akpatason and totally his fault.infact,it could be the fault of the contractor and that of his aide who may have connived to do a shoddy job.I dont think hon akpatason will personally want to oversee a shoddy job seeing that the state is now pdp and opposition to his 4th term is high
